Very pleased with the purchase. The one thing that really disappointed is we looked at the grill online on Sunday and saw it on sale at $349, but when we decided to order Monday it had gone up to $399 which did not seem like a normal sale change for Sam's. We love to use it. I seasoned with the blackstone seasoning and found it worked great when you have it at the high temp to put the mixture and then close the lid to let it "smoke off" the oils. Ended up with a well seasoned surface and really enjoy how much we can make at one. It gets really hot and purchased a glove to help protect your hand. I cannot see a case to cook on high, but the seasoning process it was very tough to keep your hand over. It is awesome to have a cover and scraping tool included for he same price. As well, to have the ability to level the top. I think the bolts could be a little longer for the adjusting though.

Used this for the first time for Fathers Day Weekend. While we cooked brats for 30 people for over an hour, it worked great! HOWEVER, we did not notice that the lid was collecting grease when the lid was closed while cooking, so that when we opened the lid, grease went all over the patio from dripping off the back 2 corners of the lid. I have never had that happen with my other griddle and am debating on returning it.. It did not overflow the grease tray, so not sure if this is "normal" for the lid to sweat and drip this much. I'll try again and maybe change my review.

I really love this, however the griddle started to warp every time we use it. After reading several more reviews this looks like it is happening with others as well. If they could get this right it would be prefect, but we're returning this and finding something new.

Spectacular, best option on the market as far as value. Can’t get enough of cooking on this thing! You would have to spend at least 3x to do better, and I doubt it would be worth it. I have no cons whatsoever. Heats even and temp controls work great. Lid is absolutely necessary and works great. I’ve used it on all settings from high to low for various meals and it has performed flawlessly. My friends thought I must have spent over $1000 for it. Has been very efficient with propane consumption as well. If it is running out of fuel after several cooks there is a leak somewhere. Easy assembly with the 3d app instructions. Love, love, love! So much nicer than my friends black stone which cost more. Thank you Sams for another excellent product! This review is not part of any promotion and I hardly ever take the time to review anything, it’s that great.

I have a grill but I always wanted a griddle. I missed out last year with the two drawers so this year I bought it and used it for a party. I seasoned it and cook 80 burgers for the first time ever and I got many complements on the taste. It was an easy clean and prep afterwards. Cooked evenly across the the griddle which I was excited about. It is a different feel that a grill and I can argue for both but the griddle can do it all breakfast to dinner. I am glad I have both, 8yr old grill and this fantastic griddle this year.

Like the griddle, but thought I was purchasing a combination grill/griddle for a gift. When the gifted person opened the box to assemble he realized it was griddle only. He decided to keep the griddle and seems pleased with the versatility of the griddle.

Excellent grill with value! Very heavy, Sams crew loaded into my suv. I’m a 52 year old single woman. To heavy for myself to unload myself, so I unload pieces at a time except for flat stone surface top. Had my sister help with that. But assembled all myself. Instructions were awesome!!! Came with extra screws in case needed (didnt need them) I price shopped every where and this by far the exceeded all others for size, type and overall quality and value.

Best value purchase I've had in recent years. I was about to purchase the major Flatop brand grill but stopped by Sams to check out their grills. To my surprise they had a flatop with similar specs with the high end brand. They even have a comparison chart of specs. To top it off, this grill was on sale. So I purchased it for half the the price I was planning to spend. It also came with and excellent cover and a scrapper. I've used it a few times and performs flawlessly. The only things that need improvement are my griddling skills. I highly recommend this griddle.

This is a good griddle. I have had use of two. The Blackstone and the Gorilla-grill. Both are decent but this one for the price is the best of the three. The only thing I am concerned with is the plain steel base. The rest is stainless, and it is good so far. The 5 burners are awesome. Takes some getting used to. It gets hot fast. It cleans up easily. Again, for the price, I think it is the best around.

This design is suck a disappointment compared to last years model. The clearly cut quality by removing the useful drawers and switching to basic open cabinet. The drill lid on new model means those with built in outdoor kitchen won’t be able to use it without pulling their grill out of its slot nearly a foot to open the grill
