I have a grill but I always wanted a griddle. I missed out last year with the two drawers so this year I bought it and used it for a party. I seasoned it and cook 80 burgers for the first time ever and I got many complements on the taste. It was an easy clean and prep afterwards. Cooked evenly across the the griddle which I was excited about. It is a different feel that a grill and I can argue for both but the griddle can do it all breakfast to dinner. I am glad I have both, 8yr old grill and this fantastic griddle this year.

This is a good griddle. I have had use of two. The Blackstone and the Gorilla-grill. Both are decent but this one for the price is the best of the three. The only thing I am concerned with is the plain steel base. The rest is stainless, and it is good so far. The 5 burners are awesome. Takes some getting used to. It gets hot fast. It cleans up easily. Again, for the price, I think it is the best around.

Used this for the first time for Fathers Day Weekend. While we cooked brats for 30 people for over an hour, it worked great! HOWEVER, we did not notice that the lid was collecting grease when the lid was closed while cooking, so that when we opened the lid, grease went all over the patio from dripping off the back 2 corners of the lid. I have never had that happen with my other griddle and am debating on returning it.. It did not overflow the grease tray, so not sure if this is "normal" for the lid to sweat and drip this much. I'll try again and maybe change my review.

The look of it is awesome as it’s all stainless steel. I was able to put it together all by myself even tho instructions said 2 people. It has a lot of screws to put on took me about 1.5 hours. The only thing I’m not too sure is if the carbon steel griddle is going to last. As it will quickly rust. Going on almost a year and it’s still good. Just oil it frequently . Buying a 70 inch cover for it.

Like the griddle, but thought I was purchasing a combination grill/griddle for a gift. When the gifted person opened the box to assemble he realized it was griddle only. He decided to keep the griddle and seems pleased with the versatility of the griddle.

I've only had 2 days, but so far it's great. Will update as experience builds. Assembly does take a couple hours. Bring your own Threadlock. Seasoning was straight forward per YT experts. Heating is very even across entire width and back 3/4ths for griddle surface. Front 1/4 was 20% cooler, which is great to park finishing items on. I was able to hit 520F across almost all the griddle surface. Cooking so far has been great. I like the waste port in front center but does take some intentional aim to direct drippings and crunchies down the shoot. But I think clean up is easier since no troughs and raised lip around entire griddle surface. Cover is well made, but mine was cut so waiting on replacement.

This is a very nice griddle. It will cook as fast as you can stand it. There is plenty of heat and variability with the 5 burners. The space is ample to cook up plenty of items at the same time. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were almost totally adequate. It missed when there was no mention of snaking the gas line down to the tank area when affixing the griddle to the base.

It’s a good looking product that works even better.

Love it! The front grease trap and hinged lid are game changers for me.
