I love this Griddle. It looks good, and works great. 5 Burners make quick work. When my son wanted one, I HIGHLY encouraged him to get this one.

After researching other flat iron griddles I’m sure I chose the best one clean up is a breeze inside and out. We use it daily breakfast and dinner. I love not having a bunch of kettles to wash Best choice ever !!!!!

Griddle is amazing. Pretty much everything about it is amazing. The only reason for the 3 star rating is that it arrived with a big dent where the control knobs are.

Grill is nice and works good after first time use, however, on the flip down tray on the side the screw is already striped out so it needs to be fixed with other parts that we will have to track down.

It was easy to put together! It’s nice and big so I could cook breakfast for about 70 people! Very easy to clean and I like the grease catcher, was able to hold grease for 10lbs of bacon!

04.02.2024 As of right now I am only giving one star and thats generous. I waited nearly 3 weeks for the delivery of this grill and another flat top grill from Sams AIT and HALO are who deliver. I am so upset that my boxes are messed up and the guy from HALO ripped my screen door lock off my door. Boxes get dented, no biggie, but the bottom of one of the grills is literally falling off and this box has a huge hole But why wouldn't the HALO delivery guy ring the door bell thats right there or knock like a normal person and not break my door lock? So not only am I upset at the delivery, now I have to head to the hardware store and fix my broken door at my expense These huge boxes have been thrown around. I hope the contents inside have with stood the ignorant people who could care less. I spent $1300 for 2 grills and went through all this for what? Guess I will find out when I attemt at putting these together I will update this grill and the other grill I bought when I open the boxes and put together if there not damaged

Bought this griddle today 3/5/22. Assembly took about 2hrs by myself, if you can operate a screw driver and read. Looks perfect assembled. No dents or scratches. Very happy. Doing the seasoning now and it’s it doing amazing! Heats very even and heats up fast. I can’t wait to cook on it. Definitely better than my friends blackstone that he paid more for. Have no doubts it will last for years. Excellent!!

I bought this griddle because up till now I've been impressed with Member's Mark quality. This griddle is the exception. The unit came damaged, and upon seasoning the griddle, the lid warped to the point of pulling the griddle off the base each time I open it. Overall I am very dissatisfied.

I don't know why i didn't buy one of these a long time ago. It's awesome. I bought this for my wife, but i probably cook on it more than she does. I did probably the best grilled shrimp I've ever done on it, and I'm 68 years old. We use it at least 3 times a week.

There is valid complains about this grill in the reviews, but I've owned multiple black stones over the years and honestly I'm happier with this griddle. Fairly easy to put together. Don't use an impact if you dont want to break screws. Yes my griddle top wrapped but so did my back stone. I've used this grill 5 times in 3 days. My top wrapped slightly less each tome but always went back straight. Now that it is been used enough it doesn't warp at all. I love how it's adjustable on each corner. Love the solid top and to cover that is included. Magnetic and foldable sides make it that much better. For the price you can beat the deal. I would buy it again. Even a friend was here when I was using it said he wants one as well. Also a long time black stone user. The price is right for what your getting comparatively.
