Awesome unit! Easy to assemble and use. It’s not a commercial unit but that’s how my group used it and made over 200 burgers, brats and dogs to serve a hungry crowd, with no waiting!

After a four weeks with this griddle, I am happy with the quality of components and its overall performance. I can cook a meal fairly quickly and it is serving as a suitable stand in for the grill that used to occupy the same space. There is a lot of info on line about how to season, use and clean your griddle so no one should be unprepared on those items. I will warn that none of the videos I watched or comments I read mentioned how hot it is to cook on a griddle. In the south, with outside temps in the 90's, it is very hot cooking over an open griddle!

Had this griddle delivered by Sams via AIT Worldwide Logistics. The delivery was on time and without incident. I assembled the griddle within a few hours using a combination of Bilt and the included assembly manual. The 5 burners make for a reasonably even heat across the griddle. Seasoning the griddle went well, and I have been cooking on the Member's Mark for several weeks. I purchased the Member's Mark Pro Series because it is stainless steel, and less likely for the cabinet to rust. I do recommend having a paper towel holder in the cabinet as well as keeping a trash can handy. My previous griddle was a 36" Blackstone. The cabinet was either powder-coated or painted steel, and while after 3 years the griddle was still OK, the cabinet and cover were all rusting in spite of being covered year-round and stored indoors during the winter months. I'm hoping for a little more longevity with the Member's Mark griddle.

Wanted to try a griddle. The black stones cost to much .Found this one on line at Sam’s Club on sale for $300. Delivery was great, directions on assembling could have been a lot better. The griddle is great well worth the money. Would definitely recommend it if you’re in the market for a griddle.

We looked at several flat top grills including the Blackstone brand. We felt this was the best deal and bought it. We are absolutely thrilled we made this choice. It comes with magnetic strips and a cover which you have to buy separate for the Blackstone grill. We have had the grill for a few weeks now and have used it more than a dozen times. Couldn't be happier!

I love this Griddle. It looks good, and works great. 5 Burners make quick work. When my son wanted one, I HIGHLY encouraged him to get this one.

Best item I ever bought my husband, gave him this on May 19 th as a bday gift . He has cooked on it everyday !!!

Very pleased with this product. Easy to put together, super hot, large surface. The lid is a must have. Love it so far!

Assembly was difficult, and the doors did not fit correctly. Delivery was not in time. Otherwise, love the griddle.
