I gave away my blackstone because it just didn’t work very well. I was skeptical of any griddle at that point. I grew up working in my families restaurants and know how to run a griddle, the blackstone wasn’t getting it done. I took a chance on this because of the no hassle return policy. Man I’m glad I did! This griddle gets hot! It works well for everything I’ve thrown at it so far! I even put a couple of pizza stones on top of it and used it as a pizza oven! It worked very well for my home made 16in pizza!

I was hesitant to spend the extra $200 to get this pro-series grill instead of the simple 4-burner model, however I am glad that I did. I love having the hinged hood and that is worth the upgrade alone! I watched a ton of videos online, to make sure I did the seasoning correctly and that really paid off. After lightly cleaning the griddle surface, then preheating on low for 15 mins, I added a super thin layer of Crisco, using a folded paper towel and tongs. As someone said "put it on, then wipe it off as if you didn't mean for it to be there in the first place" -- that's how thin of an oil layer you are looking for. Bring up the heat until the oil (Crisco) smokes.... it doesn't need to be on High -- just hot enough to smoke. Let it smoke off, may take 10-15 mins. As it is nearly done smoking, add another layer of Crisco and do the same. Over and over... I did mine maybe 7 times, but do at least 5. After this initial seasoning, I switched to using Avocado oil for any future seasoning layers and also for my "protection layer" at the end of my use. I use Olive Oil for my normal cooking oil, at lower heat, of course. Hope this helps.

Great grill and pretty easy to assemble thanks to the “BILT” app! You just enter the product number and it takes you to detailed pics that you can zoom in on to make sure you are using the correct screws etc… super nice! We enjoy the grill so far and still learning to cook on it but it’s a good value for sure, you won’t be sorry!

So far this griddle has been amazing. Works great, surface after seasoning is as good as Teflon. The price for what you get is amazing. Putting together was relatively easy, just take your time.

I love this product. I bought a Members Mark stainless grill 18 years ago and am about to sell it now to make room for this new Members Mark Griddle that I purchased. Great product. Looking forward to many happy cooking years on it.

Awesome unit! Easy to assemble and use. It’s not a commercial unit but that’s how my group used it and made over 200 burgers, brats and dogs to serve a hungry crowd, with no waiting!

I never had one of these griddle, but now I can't stop cooking outside, we cook chicken steak, burgers Hot dogs, eggs bacon you name, it is the Best to cook outside

Great cooking experience. Love the hood, the cabinet, and everything it came with. Not giving it 5 stars because I’ve had lighting problems since day one. Not a deal breaker, can easily light with lighter.

Very nice flat top grill. Use it almost every day. Well built and keeps nice even temp. The large surface allows for cooking a whole meal. We just think up stuff to cook so we can use it. LoL.
