Assembly was straight forward. Haven’t cooked yet, but having the griddle pre-seasoned as a base would push the rating higher.

The back of the lid sits too high as to allow the flat top to collect a pool of WATER through the gap in the back and sides every time it rains... standing water is not good for a flat top people. Watch for rain and put the cover on every time.
