If you find that the unit is too hot, my recommendation to you would be to turn off every other burner, as they are all independently controlled. If you're not able to get out of "LOW" setting, it may be due to flow limiting device in the regulator having been activated. There are directions in your manual for performing a regulator reset procedure. We did make some changes to the sticker when we received feedback from valued customers like you! However, there were units that were already stocked at the stores with the old sticker, so you may have received a unit that was prior to the sticker changes.Many customers found that rubbing alcohol removed all of the glue residue left from the big stickers. Take a microfiber towel and rub it on the glue to remove it. Applying a little bit of cooking oil to the area where the sticker was after the residue is removed, will restore the shine of the lid.Hope this helps!

Tip: Pour olive oil onto a cloth and gently rub to remove any sticker residue. For hard to remove adhesive, try soaking a cloth in white vinegar, let it sit on residue for 10 minutes, and then wipe away. Repeat as necessary. After sticker and residue has been removed, you can apply additional olive oil to the side shelves to restore the shine.
