Not happy with purchase. Going to return to Sam's. Went by all the decorations. The pot side works OK. The K-cup side is a disaster. Tried multiple times. The cup explodes and coffee grounds and coffee goes every where. Thought it was just me but my son followed the directions and it was still a disaster.

Pretty good. You have to really push hard when shutting the k-cup lid in order for the bottom needle to puncture the cup. Takes a while for water to heat before the process begins. Makes good coffee. Oh, and the lid on single use water reservoir was warped, so quality control is spotty.

This is my second one of these. The first one lasted 4-5 years then it developed a problem with the single cup maker. The first one we bought didn’t come with the k cup device. We could make a single cup using coffee grounds. This one did come with the K cup attachment and now we can use k cups or loose grounds! I often use the carafe to make several cups also. Great prorate a great price!

We love the versatility of our FlexBrew coffee maker, especially the one cup brew feature. The carafe also makes it perfect for when we have guests. We've only used it a short time but so far so good. The only reason we didn't give five stars is that it's bigger than our Ninja dual brew.

We have tried several makes and models of "dual purpose" brewers and have been very unhappy with all of them. This one just works. It's not perfect, but it does the job and does it well. If you want a brewer that will make a full pot or a single cup, this is the definitely the one. I recommend it highly.

Everything we were looking for in a coffee maker. 12 cup or 12 oz brew (K-cup or loose grounds) options are awesome. AND the carafe is designed to not drip when you pour into your cup. One small "glitch" was that it doesn't come with a water filter...we had to order that separately....even though it shows it as part of the contents of the box.

When it works, works well. But it will blow up k cups and make a complete disaster.
