Quality is just average, the Hamilton Beach had to best of the reviews of those available at Sams Club. Does not have an on off switch, does not get the water really hot before brewing, so the coffee does not stay hot in the carafe. Disappointed

You couldnt adjust the cup size with the button that showed a regular cup or commuter size, the water reservoir is small, and if you fill it, it defaults to the larger si,e cup, returned it!

This coffee maker is stylish, high quality and feature-rich. Both the pot side and the single serve side work great. The reservoirs are easy to fill and have very visible gauges on the side. Controls are very straight-forward. We could not be happier with the operation or the taste of the coffee it makes. We use the single serve side to heat water for tea and hot chocolate as well.

Pretty good. You have to really push hard when shutting the k-cup lid in order for the bottom needle to puncture the cup. Takes a while for water to heat before the process begins. Makes good coffee. Oh, and the lid on single use water reservoir was warped, so quality control is spotty.

I love this coffeemaker. However, it is recommended that a filter in the water reservoir get changed periodically. It came without the tool needed to change the filters. I was unable to reach the company to get a tool or the filters. I had a flexbrew coffeemaker for 5 years before it stopped working - probably because I was unable to change the filter.

I'm loving this coffee maker. Great features, brew strength, both the carafe & Kcup reservoir are easy to access. The last two coffee makers, the carafe "leaked" when pouring from a full pot. Havent spilled a drop! I like my coffee hot, good coffee, hot coffee! Very happy customer.

Makes very good, very hot coffee. Even the K-cup and single cup servings are excellent. I like strong coffee, and the strong brew on this pot is strong enough for me. Seems to take a little longer than other coffee pots to brew a pot, but I think that is why the coffee is better. There is a storage section under the cup holder where you store the single cup coffee grounds holder when not in use. Nice feature.

This is a fantastic coffee maker. I had the keurig dual brew and it gave out after a few months of regular use. I purchased the HB flexbrew to replace it. They paid a lot of attention to detail when they designed this machine, superior to the previous one i had before, cant say enough positive about it.

We love the versatility of our FlexBrew coffee maker, especially the one cup brew feature. The carafe also makes it perfect for when we have guests. We've only used it a short time but so far so good. The only reason we didn't give five stars is that it's bigger than our Ninja dual brew.

I love the option of a full pot or a K-Cup. In addition I really like the K-Cup you put in as much water as you want for that particular cupof coffee. I like my coffee strong so I barely use any water. My husband on the other hand likes his weak so he fills it as full as he can! We love it!
