We certainly enjoy the coffee maker

Quality is just average, the Hamilton Beach had to best of the reviews of those available at Sams Club. Does not have an on off switch, does not get the water really hot before brewing, so the coffee does not stay hot in the carafe. Disappointed

Sent this back the first 10 minutes we had it out of the box. Single serve literally sprayed coffee out the from of the machine 8 feet across the room. Completely snapped down. Do not recommend.

I love this coffee maker because I can choose to make a pot or just one cup. I chose this coffee maker because you add water as you make your coffee, so it doesn’t have a water reservoir that holds water that just sits in it building up sediment.

You couldnt adjust the cup size with the button that showed a regular cup or commuter size, the water reservoir is small, and if you fill it, it defaults to the larger si,e cup, returned it!

What took me so long? I bought this because of the dual brewing style. I have fallen in love with the single cup brew. Fast, delicious and always fresh. No more stewed coffee for me. But I can still brew a pot when I have company.

Makes very good, very hot coffee. Even the K-cup and single cup servings are excellent. I like strong coffee, and the strong brew on this pot is strong enough for me. Seems to take a little longer than other coffee pots to brew a pot, but I think that is why the coffee is better. There is a storage section under the cup holder where you store the single cup coffee grounds holder when not in use. Nice feature.

We have tried several makes and models of "dual purpose" brewers and have been very unhappy with all of them. This one just works. It's not perfect, but it does the job and does it well. If you want a brewer that will make a full pot or a single cup, this is the definitely the one. I recommend it highly.

I've been looking for a coffee maker that is versatile enough to make a full pot of coffee when I need more than the 4-5 cups my Keurig Carafe machine AND make a single cup using either K-cup pods or the included single cup grounds basket. I never buy extended warranties as they usually are a bad investment but I did buy the 3 year warranty on this machine as I have not had good luck with coffee makers. Too many failed coffee makers within a couple years.

Mixed thoughts on this. I really enjoy a cup of brewed coffee and decided to give this one a try. This coffee maker is good however, my only issue is that I wished the pod side had a selection of small, medium or large cup to choose from it’s a little confusing to have to add water into the pod side and you come up with a half a cup. You also need to push down with some pressure on the pod lid. When you close it, you hear the click and think you have it closed all the way, but it’s not locked, and it will make a mess.
