One of the best coffee pots we've ever owned. The pot slides in and out on the burner very easily and it doesn't catch on anything. The separate coffee maker for one cup works wonderful. We would definitely buy it again.

this is my 2nd Flex Brew. My mom bought me one several years ago %26 it finally stopped working %26 I loved it so much I bought another one!! it is so easy to use %26 set!

Love my new coffee maker, I purchased one as a Christmas gift last year. I love my pot of coffee in the mornings but sometimes in afternoons or evenings i just need a single cup. This one does both.

This pot is working very well. It makes great coffee (I like it strong) and is reasonably fast, much faster than the old pot. It also does great as a single server maker, although not quite as fast as the name brand pot Kureg that we also have, but maybe 20-30 seconds slower.

I have always like perked coffee. Had to give it up. Now that they have improved Coffee Makers. I have looked at several coffee makers. Read a lot of reviews. I love how Hamilton Beach put a video on this coffee maker. It really helped me to decide that this is the one for me. Sam's was the cheapest on this Hamilton Beach FlexBrew. I really like having the option of making the one cup on the right. It is really nice to have the other side to make more coffee. At first I thought I was going to send it back because it was too high under my cabinet. My daughter advised me to just pull the maker out when filling it with water & adding coffee to the basket. Then I realized I could just scoot it back. That worked really well. It does take less coffee. The first time I use it, I put too much coffee. It really depends on how strong you like your coffee. Some like it real strong, some like it not so strong. My advise is to do a trial test the first time & go from there. It is really simple to use after you pay close attention to the video. It really is very pretty on my counter. Thank you Hamilton Beach for coming up with this coffee maker.

So far I've been happy with this coffee maker. It brews a great carafe or single cup. It's taken some getting used to after using a Keurig for so long, but I'm enjoying the extra counter space from not having two coffee makers. Something to be aware of is that the K-cup water reservoir only holds enough for one cup, so it needs to be refilled each time. It does come with a ground coffee holder for the k-cup side as well, but be mindful that it holds only a limited recommended amount of grounds.

This coffee maker offers great options, it's easy to use & is easy to clean. The only complaint I have is it doesn't heat the water to the extra hot that I require. I like my coffee so hot that you can only sip it. Other than that, it works great a is a great buy. IT brews wonderfully & looks great on my countertop. I have absolutely no other complaints. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because of the heating of the water, but don't get me wrong it heats enough for a nice hot cup of coffee for most.

The Hamilton Beach FlexBrew 2-Way Coffee Maker makes excellent coffee whether it's a full carafe or a single K-Cup, (Delicious five star). I gave three stars overall for one reason that may not pertain to everyone, it does not have a removable water reservoir. If you have upper cabinets above your counter top you can not open and fill the water fixed reservoir so you have to lift it up to move it out to the edge of your counter. This machine is heavy, a removable water reservoir would make it perfect. Wb Niagara Falls NY

I bought one of these a few weeks ago... I wrote to you about the problems I was having with the single brew side... You sent me another one and it is doing the same thing... Here are a couple of photos of what they are doing... I will not buy another Hamilton Beach Coffeemaker...

I had this coffeemaker for about 1 1/2 weeks and finally returned it yesterday. I wasted about 15 K-cups using the single-serve side. It worked right maybe 4 times. The most annoying issue was when the coffee grounds would spew out of the front and onto the counter, etc. It did make several cups of coffee with grounds in it, as well. I never used the carafe side so I don’t know how well it worked. I was so excited to get this and now am so disappointed. It did make the coffee really hot, which I loved, but it’s too expensive to waste the k-cups (and I was using the Keurig brand only). I also thoroughly cleaned all the parts every time I used it. Back to my mini-Keurig for now ☹️
