I bought this to replace and old Crux. I’ve had problems with this unit. I like to make my selections only once and walk away. I’ve had to g back several times as the unit shut itself off. Maybe it’s me so we’re still trying to put up with it. Another time, the coffee basket on the large carafe stopped dripping so I thought it was finished. I opened the lid and the grinds were spilling over full of water. Again, I will see if this was my fault. I shouldn’t experience any of these problems.

I appreciate the versatility of this coffee marker. It's simple to use and doesn't take up too much space.

The single serve pods keep spitting out grounds everywhere. I had the same experience with my other Hamilton coffee maker and had to return it. will try to return this one as well

Works really slow heating water and single serve feature only makes 10 oz at a time. Prefer Keri g product.

The water well is difficult to fill. The top on the carafe keeps shutting when you have it up to clean. The warmer does not stay hot long enough.

I really like the duality of this coffeemaker. If I had one complaint (and it's not really a complaint) it is that it takes almost 17 minutes to make a full pot of coffee.

Unfortunately, the single cup side did not brew properly. Cup after cup had grounds spewing into the coffee. I am planning on trying a different model of the Hamilton Beach.

Brew a better tasting coffee than the Keurig one I replaced with this one , it’s have choices of strong or regular coffee over all we are very satisfied

Great Coffee Pot it satisfy both myself and my son ...He gets pods I get the regular coffee So far so good. The price also was great. Would recommend it... I would send a pic but i couldn't Get it to move over

Excellent for the price, looks nice. I love the option to brew either a pot on the weekend when we have coffee together or a single cup during the week. The pot is a little slower than I like. All in all, excellent purchase.
