I liked the old one so much I got another one just like it.

When it works, works well. But it will blow up k cups and make a complete disaster.

The brewer for k cups stopped working correctly after 36 days

Great coffee maker…however the heating plate is developing a crack.

The k-cup isn't working and we have trying Customer service. Just been put on hold

Coffee made as a carafe or as a single cup has a plastic taste to it!
