I had a Ninja two in one and the single cup side never worked. I was skeptical about this one but gave it a try. Nope! Believe the reviews that describe what happens when you brew a single cup. I used real K-cups, I used Sam's brand and I filled the filter with grounds that come with the pot. Hit or miss but likely you are going to get a mess and waste the coffee. I tried using strong hoping the water would go through slower. I tried using regular brew. It is very unpredictable. I don't think the coffee gets very hot and yep, that heating plate is already showing wear. I might have had this pot a few months but it's going back to Sam's.

I have had two earlier versions of this Hamilton Beach coffee maker and neither one lasted. Now the single brew is a separate tank and works very good. I normally have a carafe of 10 cups in the morning and my wife loves her specialty cups one at a time. Have had it a month or more and have had no problems.

This has been sitting in a box for the last four months because it stopped working. The pod part just completely stopped working. I have a warranty on it, but no one will answer me on the warranty. I had protection put on it.. It's a great pot coffee pot when it works.

While this coffee maker is attractive, it’s large compared to some other brands, thus it requires more valuable counter space. Despite this, it’s user friendly, and the triple brew coffee maker performs well with the exception of the temperature at the end of the brew cycles! The coffee is NOT hot enough to suit our taste! So, sadly, we will return this coffee maker that we bought at the end of December 2021. Now looking for a triple brew coffee maker that functions well and makes HOT coffee!

Purchased almost 2 months ago, fantastic coffee brewer with a couple of short falls. First be careful when hot plate is on, very hot and will burn you very quickly ( not from experience ) however I do own a quality thermal imager and it registers very hot at around 320 degrees. Second and I tend to think the heat is part of the problem, the hot plate has cracked so I’m thinking return for safety concerns. Sure wish people would get their engineering and safety testing right.

This is the 4th machine we purchased and each unit lasts only about a year or so (just past warranty) and starts to leak. Great while it works, but …..When Hamilton Beach CO was contacted past warranty about leaks, they will not do anything at all but say sorry. Not worth the expense!!!!!!!!!!

I love my new coffee pit

This thing was only 3 years old and started leaking water all over the counter. Looked up a YouTube video.... fixed it! Seems like Hamilton Beach is using a faulty water hose clamp that over time slowly wiggles off. We took off the sides (watch for the 4 screws that look like a Y and take those off first from the bottom using a small mini sized regular screwdriver). Pull off the sides, unscrew the back panel and lid where the water comes down over the grounds and there you will see a disconnected hose with a very lame clamp. Just shove it back on all the way and move up the clamp and NOW you don't need to BUY A NEW COFFEE MAKER!!! yay!!!!

I bought this unit last year on December 24. It worked well for about a month, then, the water started to leak under the left (karafe) side.The K-Cup side works but the water is never hot enough so, I stopped using it.Still have the receipt from Sam's Club but I don't know if I still can return it for a replacement since it since almost a year has passed.

We've had this probably about a year and a half, and woke up to the same problem reported by others - water all over the counter top. Evidently, the "rigorous testing" is not like real world use. We really liked it otherwise, but I think we'll look at other options.
