This is a great coffee maker for both multiple or single cups of coffee. The price is very reasonable and is worth every penny. I am very satisfied with this purchase

Easy to use and brews a great tasting cup of coffee. I love that I can brew a hole pot for the 2 of us on the weekends and a single cup on work mornings before going out the door.

Only issue is that I didn't know the water reservoir only holds enough water for one cup using the single serve option. it's kinda a pain to refill each time the amount you want. Otherwise it seems to work as designed quite well.

Been using this for a couple of months with no issue. The hubby loves the BOLD feature. Tried the single cup. Don’t do what I did. Close the lid all the way. It has a seal. Found out the hard way lol.

Single cup side made maybe 3 cups then after that, no matter how much water you put in it barely more than 2 ounces would come out. Definitely do not recommend this coffee maker.

Oddly enough, I came across this machine at my fav location while looking for bakery goods. It has recently started to leak from the bottom and run slow. But given that I bought it in 2018/19, I think I have gotten my money worth from it. I have used this machine often for a variety of reasons (hot water, tea, hot coco, etc). So writing this review when I am looking for a replacement seems appropiate. Yup, I am buying it again. Just hope it is as great as the first one.

I had a Ninja two in one and the single cup side never worked. I was skeptical about this one but gave it a try. Nope! Believe the reviews that describe what happens when you brew a single cup. I used real K-cups, I used Sam's brand and I filled the filter with grounds that come with the pot. Hit or miss but likely you are going to get a mess and waste the coffee. I tried using strong hoping the water would go through slower. I tried using regular brew. It is very unpredictable. I don't think the coffee gets very hot and yep, that heating plate is already showing wear. I might have had this pot a few months but it's going back to Sam's.

Purchased almost 2 months ago, fantastic coffee brewer with a couple of short falls. First be careful when hot plate is on, very hot and will burn you very quickly ( not from experience ) however I do own a quality thermal imager and it registers very hot at around 320 degrees. Second and I tend to think the heat is part of the problem, the hot plate has cracked so I’m thinking return for safety concerns. Sure wish people would get their engineering and safety testing right.

Just received the coffee maker and am pretty pleased with the first few single brew cups. The one thing that bothered me was there not being a coffee filter for the carafe side of the package. You have to order one as an accessory. I would think that would be included since you cannot use it until you order or go buy one. Other than that I think we will be quite satisfied.
