Very easy to use - easy to clean/change coffee grounds for single serve side. (If you are brewing) not using kcup I would definitely recommend this machine to my friends and family

We like having both options. We've had it a month now, and no issues. It's not as convenient as a Kuerig, but works just as well. It's a space saver if you use both the coffee pot and individual cups, check all dimensions for your location.

The dual coffee drip and kcup coffee maker is working very well. We make drip coffee most of the time, occasional kcups. Good quality unit, excellent price

I usually opt for higher end products, but needed a coffeemaker asap and did not have the time to wade through all the makers and options. This one is great and an incredible value, pleasantly surprised.

This is a great machine. I can have my one cup of coffee using the K-Cup feature, or brew a whole pot when I have company. It's nice to have the flexibility!!

Purchased about a month ago and very pleased with versatility. Can bre a pot or single servings. Added feature of being able to use single serve using ground coffee or single serve specialty cups.

They sent me a "recertified" brewer with a coffee stained carafe, nowhere on the product page did it say "recertified" if it had I wouldn't have bought it.

Convenient, space saving and user-friendly. I really like the concept of having a single-serve and 12 cup pot in one unit. This replaces my older model flex brew.

I purchased the coffee maker several weeks ago. I like the ideal of being able to make myself only one cup of coffee at a time and them later being able to make a pot. Really like this product.
