This coffee pot is very easy to use. I like that the water for the caraf and the water for the single cup are separate. The caraf you can set the timer to wake up to coffee. The single cup works with pods or your own coffee.

I enjoy having only one coffee maker that makes a cup or a pot. Downside, the Kcups I had came apart and grounds and coffee spilled over. If I use its single serve filter, I don’t have a problem.

I love this coffee maker! It’s my 2nd one. The first one lasted for 7 years and I used it every day. When it finally died I had to have one just like it. I really like that I can make a single cup or a full pot.

Single cup is SLOW compared to the leading brand but I needed the ability to brew a pot when I have guests and make a mocha for myself now and then. Skipping the coffee shop 10 times has paid for this purchase

I bought this a month and I'm so happy I did. I've owned several coffee makers, some more expensive and fancier than this one. This one is easy to use and does what it says in a simple way and it makes great coffee.

I’m used to brewing a pot of coffee in the morning. Then in the afternoon a single cup sounds good. This unit does both and I love it. I’m not one sold on a Keurig where you’re doing all k pods. This unit gives you both. I love it.

I replaced a Cuisinart 2 travel mug system for this one. I love it. I'll have to get use to a glass carafe again but otherwise, it's the perfect machine. Got a great Sams sale price & used rewards so was a tremendous deal.

Love this machine. Allows me to brew a pot or choose a flavored coffee by cup. Instructions are a bit whacky, but once I knew them, it's easy to program and use. I love how the coffee pot itself has a spout that doesn't encourage leaking.

Good deal for the price! Wish there was someway they couldn’t incorporate a larger reservoir for the single cup dispenser - My only suggestion/ Request. 😊
