I recently purchased this coffee maker and love it! I read several reviews, some good and some bad, and decided to take a chance. I also purchased the protection plan. We've been using it a couple of weeks now and it's exactly as we hoped.

I love this coffee maker. It fits my household great. On weekends or we make a big pot. Workdays we can use the pods or instant single serve since we are all heading out at different times. A great purchase!!!

I have not had this but 2 weeks so far so good. I like that you can use both a K cup or regular ground coffee. It fit my purpose for having when I have fueat

I bought one last year, but the single brew feature quit working,but with my square trade warrantee, they sent me my money back and I ordered another one, and the new one works just fine, my wife loves it too

Love this coffee maker because it is an all-in-one. It doesn't take too much room on your counter as a Keuring and a coffee maker both would. It make good coffee, and the one cup brewer is just as good as a Keurig, just a little slower to heat.

I bought one and then another for my daughter. Better than any competitor. Can take out the k-cup holder and clean it well so it doesn't get clogged. Also can make coffee for 12.

This is a replacement for our 1st Hamilton Beach FlexBrew 2-Way Coffee Maker, we had the first one for 3 years, and it woked great. The Single up side, quit working, and we decided to buy a new one.

I love that my husband can have his pot of coffee that is so dark and that i can i have my medium roast single cup of coffee. I have to flll the reservoir each time for my individual 10-14 oz. 'single pod' but that's okay, i don't mind fresh water.

This is the 2nd one we have owned. The other one lasted 2-3 years. Really works good for a regular pot of brewed coffee and also works with individual Keurig type pods

So far im super satisfied with the way this product works. Used to only do keurig style coffee but now its nice to be able to choose drip coffee or keurig!
