Only used for a couple of weeks, only thing we noticed is the single serve is a little noise . For the price it's great, hope it lasts.

Very disappointing, it was leaking everywhere when using the K Cup, we tried it three times and made a mess every time.

Absolutely in love with this machine. Is very user friendly, there really isn't anything I don't like about it!

I love it, easy to use and program, love the carafe that doesn’t drip when you pour, and ability to have just 1cup!

Works very well. Relatively user friendly. The one reason I didn’t give it a 5 stars rating is because the coffee maker doesn’t provide a beep or buzz when the carafe is through brewing.

So far so good atm. I had a keurig duo machine and it didn’t even last a half of a year. The hot plate went out for no reason . This one still seems to work better. Hopefully it will last for a while.

This coffee pot does what I ordered it for- single use or can use it as a regular coffee pot. I can brew regular or strong & control the water levels.

Been using this for a couple of months with no issue. The hubby loves the BOLD feature. Tried the single cup. Don’t do what I did. Close the lid all the way. It has a seal. Found out the hard way lol.

We love this coffee maker. Gives the choice of making just one cup for later in the day maybe. Works perfectly. The only thing I would like is to be able to extend the auto shut off from 2 hours to 4.
