I LOVE the single use coffee maker on this. It takes a little longer than a Kuerig, but it make a great strong cup of coffee. The pot brewer is very good also. We have replaced two appliance's with this one. Wife is very happy!

Received 2 weeks ago and have enjoyed making single cups. Had company for the holiday and made 2 pots a day while they were here. Either way made very good coffee. I hope it holds up well and lasts for a long time.

Seems to work OK....not a lot of testing yet. It does have an annoying high pitched sound to it (similar to fly back transformer from old Televisions). Not sure the cause.

Makes a good cup of coffee. I like being able to make a little or a lot. My husband, the coffee drinker in the house is very happy with our new coffee maker.

You have to first pour the amount of water you want to use each time you want a cup of cofee for the individual cup dispenser side of the machine. Not like Kerig where the machine draws water from the resivor. Too much work. May send back.

My husband likes a pot of coffee, he drinks a LOT and he likes a mild brew - i like a strong dark brew and one cup is usually good for me - this coffee make meets both of our tastes - he can have his full pot and i can have my strong cup

There were many negative reviews of this coffee maker, but that is not us. I am extremely happy with my choices. Now we even have more choices. I am loving my coffee pot

Had a previous model and loved it! This new version is GREAT! How it handles K-cups is a vast improvement and the "grounds" basket for single serv is better too.

I love that its a dual coffee maker. The thing i dont like is how you put the water in. I have to pull it out from the wall so i can open the lid to fill the water reservoir and add the coffee grounds.

I previously owned just a Keurig, but every time I had company, I had to make 1 cup at a time. Now, when company comes, or I feel like having extra coffee for iced in the afternoon, I can just use my carafe. I love this innovation.
