I am so happy I bought this machine. I ended up buying 2 more to gift as holiday presents. As far as coffee grounds go, rinse the kcup holder after each brew. Each cup is hot flavorful. Thank you Sam's for the sale on this amazing product!!

We loved idea of this, but Within 6 months the heating plate already was rusting and by 10 months there was no metal showing…only rust. Unfortunately, this was the case for all 3 of us kids who got as gift from mother. So obviously it’s a problem.

Was good for 2 years. Only 2 years stopped working. Now I have to buy another one.

Quit working after 3/4 months, spill Hot all over cabinets.

Lasted less than a year. I brew every day. Not worth it. The k cup brewer was terrible!

Worked great for about a year then it started leaking sporadically from the carafe side...couldn't find the cause

I bought this for my 84 year old father. He loves it. Loves the Fact that he can make a port or a single cup.

Have had this flex brew for quite awhile.Never had any luck getting pods to work in it they explode and throw coffee grounds all over

This made no mention of being Recertied and not new. Unacceptable at this price so being returned. We'll look elsewhere.

The best thing we like about the coffee marker is that you can make a full pot and signal cup. Would recommend to everyone
