This coffee maker will not fit on my counter. I'd have to move it every time to add water. It also takes too long to brew a single or carafe. It does not have a storage tank so you have to add water every use. Too much trouble for the price.

I just got this and made a little pot and a single serve with ground coffee. Instructions were super clear and was very easy to figure out. The coffee was good too. Hope it lasts.

I have been wanting one of these for a while. The first kcup I messed up on got a cup of grounds. Figured out what I did wrong and this is a delicious cup of coffee and I love the choice of making a cup or a pot. Best investment I made.

I have just received our new coffee maker and we are very pleased at the features of this unit. It adds a new dimension to our drinking experience. We most highly recommend this device with such a great price!

I have had this maker for years. It brews great coffee. The maker is hard to clean. When cleaning you have to dismantle part of the maker using screw driver. Even after cleaning it has started to fail to detect water in reservoir.

I got this as a Christmas present 2017 & have been using since I got it. I love the flexibility of it. Plus you can brew bold flavor or regular. Just don't be in a hurry on the bold mode because it takes longer than the regular brew.

Coffee Maker looks good, but takes to long to brew a pot or just a cup, also water does not get hot enough, have to heat in the microwave. Would return but to much trouble!

I returned this after 1 day. The k cup function over pressures the k cup causing coffee and grounds to leak everywhere. Read the manual several times to make sure I was brewing this the correct way. It’s is a big waste of money and a piece of junk.

Got it for Christmas made a pot of coffee a day for 4-1/2 months and now the reservoir will not hold water. Single cup side works fine with the regular maintenance that is recommended.

I love the shape of the carafe. I like the dual option, although I rarely use the single cup side. It'll be good for holiday flavor k-cups and company purposes. It's a good quality coffee maker and I would recommend it. It'd make a great gift.
