The pot side died on us last night. Stopped brewing and wouldn't even heat up. Very disappointed. I will not buy another one.

Good product, easy to use. I love the option of K-Cup or brew a whole pot. Should be made in the USA, not China

The coffee was never hot enough. Slow brewing, the pod side never worked right. One star. Don't waste your money.

Thanks for the gift Honey too bad it blows the K-cups all over the counter and on the floor, I'll be returning this to Sams this week.

Worked great for about a year then it started leaking sporadically from the carafe side...couldn't find the cause

We received one of these for Christmas and we absolutely love it. We use it almost every single day. I would recommend this one for sure.

I brought 1yr ago work fine but it stop working .The single side gave me a code Fill H20 the Carafe was working and now it's not working

Have had this flex brew for quite awhile.Never had any luck getting pods to work in it they explode and throw coffee grounds all over

Grew mold in the carafe side (we have never used the carafe, or put any water or coffee in that side).. ick.

This coffee maker is so convenient. I would recommend it to anyone if you only want 1 cup of 12 cups. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
