The coffee maker is great, coffee is hot from both brew choices, machine is compact so it doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter. It's simple to use with great options for single brew side. The only negative thing is that I wish it would have a "stay warm feature of for up to 4 hours rather than just 2. Price was great, especially with Black Friday deal - just love it!

I bought this for my daughter that is away at school. I ordered from Sam’s club and had it shipped to her took just a few days. She likes that she can program it to brew coffee in the morning. She loves to wake up to the smell of coffee in the morning.

This coffee maker does just what it supposed to do. It makes great coffee. We use the single serve side using regular ground coffee, and use the carafe side when we have guests. The attachments are easy to use and clean, plus k cups can be used when you want hot chocolate. Heating water for tea is easy too.

This fits our needs perfectly. There’s the carafe when we have company or just want more than one cup, then there’s the single serve kcup side. What’s also great is you can use generic or any brand of kcups, unlike our last coffee maker, plus you can also use grounds! Only one downside that I’ve found and that is the water reservoir. You only add the amount of water that you want to use. So if you are using a kcup and fill the reservoir to the max of 14 oz, your coffee will be very watery. And having the per-use reservoir also means that it will take longer to brew since it will have heat the water. Knowing this before I was running late was a plus! Overall this was a great purchase!

I bought this item for my daughter for Christmas (I already have one and love it!) I had it shipped to her in Kansas and she received it before Christmas and we enjoy our weekly phone call with coffee. She loves the fact that she can brew a whole pot or just a single cup and my granddaughters love it for the single brew options for tea or hot chocolate! Great product! I suggest it to anyone of my friends looking for a new coffee pot!

Our Keurig (very old, one of the first editions) stopped working and I was looking for another device...but I wanted the flexibility to make either a single cup OR a full carafe. I was also looking for one to purchase for my dad for Christmas. I found this in the local Sam's club and bought it for him. The more I looked at the box (as we haven't given it to him yet) the more I wanted one. So, I went online and purchased one for our household as well. It came as promised in perfect condition. My only complaint is you do not have a well large enough to hold more than one serving of water on the single-serve side...but that is no big deal. Overall, love this!

I bought this about a month ago. I’m a single mom and I don’t need a whole pot of coffee all the time. It’s very convenient to make one or two cups in the mornings when it’s only me. But I also have the option to make a pot of others are here that want coffee. The single serve side is very easy to use and makes a cup quickly. I’m very pleased with my purchase

I love the fact that you can brew a single cup or a full pot, but I don't like the fact that the coffee warmer only stays on for 2 hours ,then it shuts down and the rest of the coffee gets cold. I also do not like that you cannot fill the water reservoir over a certain amount or it will overflow, already happened to me twice, when making a pot or a single cup of coffee.

Have used several Keurigs for years and years and looking ahead to an upcoming move and storage of most household goods for a while, I was worried about moving and storing the current Keurig so I started looking for a unit that emptied all the water you put in with each brew. Came across this great coffee maker at local Sam’s but the store was out of them - only had the one on the shelf - so I went home and ordered it online. I also wanted to be able to make a pot of coffee for when guests are over in addition to my single serve pod maker and this Hamilton Beach FlexBrew 2-Way Coffee Maker really fits the bill! It is simple to use and makes great coffee! Simple to clean also! I love that the needle holder on the single brew side is easily removable and I can just rinse it under running water to clear the grounds from the needle! Can’t do that with a Keurig, or at least none of them I have owned. I do that each time I use it, that’s how simple it is! I also just leave the reservoir door open after brewing on either side to let the condensation dry. It reassures my mind that there is no water left stored (and growing “things”!) in either side of the unit. The only minor issue I have is the lid to the single serve side is slightly warped when it cools and does not lay completely flat when closed. Once the unit heats up during a brew, that lid does lie flat, but warps again once cooled. I’m going to call the company today to see if they can just send a replacement lid. I do not use the carafe side as often as the single serve side but am still glad to have the use of both in one machine (although, you cannot brew a single pod while the carafe is brewing and vice versa). I totally recommend this coffee maker!

Love this coffeemaker - just didn’t have room for two separate appliances so this is a good solution. Read other reviews but so far we’ve had no problems. Bought a rolling tray to place under it just because it was awkward to move back and forth on the counter to get it out from under the cabinets - our old coffeemaker filled from the front and we hadn’t had that issue before - love the single cup feature!
