Works fine but sure is slow compared to my old Hamilton Beach coffee maker that lasted 5 years. I tried to order the accessory mesh filter on their web site but it wasn't specific so I send an email and never got a response. Meanwhile I found a wire mesh basket at a store, & it fit perfectly and was a fraction of the price of what HB site wanted.

So I read a ton of reviews prior to purchasing on this and other coffeemakers. I really loved the concept of the ability yo do both a pot and K cups with this particular one. It does come with a reuseable K cup already so that was great. It works really nicely, looks sleek and seems to be really well made. A lot of reviews indicated it made lukewarm coffee. I have not found that to be the case on mine. My unit makes steaming hot coffee on both sides.

Works well. Coffee tastes great! Cleaning single cup filter is not as easy as it could be? Too many nooks & crannies makes cleaning inefficient. For a daily use cleaning out the old grounds & getting filter ready for another cup is too laborious. Smooth it out and make it simple, quick & efficient!

Love this coffeemaker - just didn’t have room for two separate appliances so this is a good solution. Read other reviews but so far we’ve had no problems. Bought a rolling tray to place under it just because it was awkward to move back and forth on the counter to get it out from under the cabinets - our old coffeemaker filled from the front and we hadn’t had that issue before - love the single cup feature!

We purchased this "FlexBrew" as an alternative to using Keurig hardware. While the time to brew from a k-cup is longer than from Keurig, the ability to brew a full pot is great. Additionally, the "FlexBrew" provides the ability to control the exact amount of water used in each cup's brew cycle...this results in the benefit of being able to adhust the strength of that brew, making a more flavorful cup of coffee.

I’m disappointed. In July, 2021, I purchased a Hamilton Beach three way coffee maker. It looked exactly like the 1st picture. I loved that coffee maker. In fact, my entire family loved that coffee maker. After 2 years of use, I chose to purchase another one exactly like it since the burner part was wearing out. When I reorder - I always go to my history to find the exact one I previously ordered to ensure I get the same one. Well, that isn’t what happened, it didn’t work this time. The coffee maker that was sent to me was what the second picture looks like. This one, however, did not come with a needle for the Keurig side – later to find out that it did not provide me with a K cup option. (Very odd!) AND, it sprayed all over the counter when I tried to make a single cup of coffee. This machine was obviously defective. Walmart allowed me to return it though and reorder again. The second one I ordered displayed on screen as my original coffee maker, but when it came, it looked just like number two picture again - except this model has the use of a K cup option. This model is OK, but it’s not like the original one I had. At least this one is not spraying everywhere when I’m trying to make a single cup of coffee though. I’m a little disappointed that when you order something as the picture shows, you get something else. Bottom line, I plan to keep this coffee machine just to avoid the rigmarole of trying to return it again… but I originally wanted the first one I ordered back in July 2021.

Great purchase. It makes hot 12cup as well as 12oz cup. Keeps coffee warm for couple of hours in the pot. The single serve comes with a separate screened filter in case you want to use your own ground coffee. It is perfect. Extremely pleased with the performance. Highly recommend this flexBrew coffee maker.

My Keurig died and when shopping for a replacement I found the Hamilton Beach FlexBrew and purchased it because of the FlexBrew capability. I am totally satisfied with it. I can use it to make 1 cup or a whole pot of coffee when I have company. The PLUS was that it was much less in cost than a 1 cup at time Keurig

I purchased this item to replace my broken K cup brewer. I first saw it on Amazon and almost bought it there but decided to shop around first. I was delighted to find it at Sam's for $30 less. It is nice to have the option of making a whole pot or individual cup. Both methods make a good cup of coffee. Biggest negative is having to pour a measured cup of water for each K cup.My old coffee maker had a reservour that held about 4 cups and dispensed a cup at a time. You could select small medium or large cup size. Without this you have to pour each cup into top which leads to some spills. All in all so far I am happy with my purchase.

Had one since about 2015 I believe. Took it to work and still works great. Got a Kuerig to replace it. Biggest mistake ever. Throw that thing away after the second one they sent broke in less than a year. Went and bought another one of these. It works great and we love it. If you want something simple that makes pots of coffee and singles and is reliable, this is the one.
