This is my fourth or fifth one of these. No doubt the best idea in coffee makers. They last a year or two depending on how you use them. What's not to love.

I bought this coffee pot for my parents butI hesitated because I have same pot and have not had very long but leaks water and single side doesn’t want to brew. I contacted Manufacturer but they don’t respond

Best alternative to the Kuerig! Your own coffee grounds or K-cups can be used for single cups, or make a full pot! It’s also $50 LESS than the known retailers sell them.

I bought this for my mom so she could make a brew cup of coffee in the evening so she didnt throw away a half of pot each evening. It works great and is easy to use!

I love this coffee pot! It is much better than our Keurig mini. The coffee is hot even after adding a little creamer. I love the convenience of being able to either make a pot, or a cup. It’s been my favorite coffee pot so far.

Works well! Like the option of making one cup with a K-cup or regular coffee. Used this machine 3 weeks now. No problem with leaking, etc. So far our favorite coffee maker; we've had a dozen or so over the years.

Love it so far. We drink at least a half pot, or more, of coffee every morning in our house, so going to a pod system would not be worth it, not to mention pricey. This was the perfect solution, a pot of coffee in the morning and a cup in the afternoon. I can buy ground coffee or pods or put ground coffee in a pod. WE LOVE IT! One tip: Keep the pod needle clean, we found this out when it would not brew a cup one time, we clean it every few cups and haven't had a problem since.

We had one that a friend gave to us after her husband passed away. We were able to use it for 4 years before it gave out. She had said they had it for 6 years before us. So, we wanted what we liked in the Hamilton Beach Flex Brew. It is nice to have the option of pods or pot coffee. Especially when we have company and this way we can offer folks different flavors in the pods.

We use this coffee maker at least once a day; both brew features. The coffee comes out super hot %26 delicious on either side. I took away one star because the brewing process is super slow on the carafe side. Otherwise, it's a great machine at a great price.

I hated having seperate appliances for single k-cup and a large carafe. Having it all in one and it has a nice easy to read display, easy controls. The brew strength has 2 settings that you can tell the difference when you taste. Also easy to fill water stations that are seperate reservoirs for convenience. I have been waiting for a great price on a combo and I found it with this unit. A must have for home or office. I would definitely recommend and may buy for Christmas gifts!!!
