It is genius to put the controls at eye level altogether in the middle. I am short, so was concerned about the height of it, but I have had absolutely no problems reaching the clothes. I vote YES, buy this cool LG machine!

The tubs are large and light up to let me see my finished load. It is quiet when in use, and I really enjoy the little tune it plays for me when my load is finished. All in all, it was one of the best investments I have ever made.

I have used a front loader for years and did not want to go to a top loader. The size and centrally located controls are what sold me on your product. We should be moving in around the middle of May. I actually have more space with this tower and the controls are more accessible. It’s sleek design is visually pleasing. Very solidly built and high end finishes add to it’s function and appeal. I am very happy with both the washer and dryer. Amazingly both have full load capacity, unlike my former pair. The smart controls are very useful and keep guess work to a minimum. The end of cycle “happy song” is much better than an annoying buzzer. Overall performance is great! Well worth the investment!

Having the all the controls for both the washer and dryer in the middle (between the washer and dryer) vs having the dryer controls at top at about 6ft when stacked, made this purchase the correct choice. Additionally, all the features/options available are easy to use. And most importantly, we have had no issues with cleaning or drying all types of clothes.

I don't usually write these reviews until I've had a product for some time to see how well a product stands up to multiple use, but this Wash Tower is such a great piece of equipment I feel like I have to say something. The space saving alone makes this unit worth the purchase, but it goes beyond that. The performance is top notch, and the features are exceptional. The fact that the dryer and washer capacities are as large as the individual units I was originally planning to buy blows my mind. My laundry room is pretty small, and this unit allowed me too really add other convenience features such as a table and shelving.

Not only does it clean great, the cycle finish alarms are not obnoxious, the steam feature works great, noise level is great as it is installed inside our office. Will definitely consider purchasing again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are now using less detergent thanks to the proper measuring compartments. And the clothes seem to smell better due to the water-detergent ratio. The normal cycle also runs less time than our previous washer so we are hoping for a less electric bill. All around this unit runs more efficiently and we are very happy with that.

This tops the list for both. I love the speed wash option on this. It washes clean everytime. I’m so happy with LG that I’ve recommended it for my parents who just moved to a new home.
