[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received this unit a few weeks ago and love it so far. The controls in the middle are great for us height challenged folks. The washer is faster than my old GE and seems to clean much better. Love the sleek look and ease of use. The steam function for the dryer really works, shirts come out less wrinkled.

Never had one that worked as well as this, it's quiet and fast and the app is cool cause you can see when the load is done no matter where you are or you can stop or start. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my unit about a couple of months ago and I love it. I never realized how the regular machines I was using were not washing my clothes. This machine is amazing and does leave my clothes feeling clean and fresh. The only thing I cannot figure out how to connect to the app. Other than that is an amazing piece of equimpment.

It's hard to believe that I am excited about a washer and dryer. My other stackable was noisy, the smallest load would make it unbalanced. My new LG is fantastic! It washes clothes like nobody's business, so quiet, it's not afraid of a larger load and it is pretty too! I love my LG washer and dryer, best thing I've bought for myself in years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love the controls, being in the center, easy to load, easy to use, for someone a little older the settings are confusing, not sure how to use all the settings,even after watching several tutorials. very sleek looking. fits in small space for easy use. biggest complaint is the washer noise. it sounds like a plane taking off! can be very loud???

I bought my WashTower for a new space I built onto my house. We wanted to make everything new. It replaced my great aged LG Tromm. I gifted it to my daughter. My new LG is great as well. I plan to buy another WashTower again for another property. That said — here are matters to address: • Touch pad needs to be more intuitive • Touch pad need to respond to touch much better than it does • The AI function detects and by default chooses settings. Great. But when customizing settings (that we use regularly) there are functions available that user must research to discover. •.A reservoir holding tank for detergent etc . . . would complete this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit washes a lot more clothes than my last HE washer and dryer but takes up less room. It works well and I like the notification when my load is done. It lacks some other features which others modern units have, like automatic detergent dispersal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Bosch set for over 10 years. Decided to look for more energy efficient stackable set. Love how they are and that I can download specialty cycles. Also I get alerts on my phone when the loads are done. I am very happy that I chose LG.

I will not buy this product again. Since we got it we had problems drying the clothes. It will not dry well. Sadly I did nothing and waited so long for the warranty to finish. Also, the washer doesn't clean the clothes well. Very disappointing with this product.
