Saving $$$ on our water and electric bill too with its high efficiency.  We were not going to get the model with steam in the dryer but so glad we did it is a great feature to freshen up stored clothing.  It is so quiet and cleans our laundry more effectively than out old unit did!

The washer and dryer that was in the unit at the time of purchase worked however occupied too much space. Absolutely lovely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this set in February for my laundry room remodel, smaller room and this washtower option is perfect for space saving without sacrificing load capabilities! Plus I’m rather short stature at 4’10” and I can use this without a step stool! Not possible with stacking regular units- so this made my life functional and easier. Plus amazing settings that clean great, uses less water, easy access clean out, reminds about tub cleanings, app capable, and looks so sleek in black stainless! Honestly this is now my favorite appliance, makes laundry so easy!

Only complaints are that the buttons need a lot of pressure to push and that you can’t change the drying temperature if you select “normal” mode.  It is locked into “high”.  We got around this by selecting a different mode.  

We love the turbo wash and the steam wrinkle/static reduction.  We have not used a dryer sheet since we started using the wash tower.  

We are very happy with the purchase.

Great washer and dryer in a small footprint

We went to a parade of homes and we saw the wash tower for the first time and knew exactly what to do. The price was right and we live the way it looks and operates. It is very quiet and does not vibrate with both washer and dryer operating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a washer dryer stack that didn't look like  the unit in my first apartment 40 years ago. I wanted a sleeker design and the space savings that a stackable unit provides. Installing this unit immediately gave me back half my laundry cupboard with full size capacity! It is quieter and doesn't "walk" when the spin cycle is high. The only drawback was the price.  There is a premium for space savings apparently, but other than sticker shock, we are happy with the unit at present!

So far,  so good!

I will not buy this product again. 
Since we got it we had problems drying the clothes. It will not dry well. Sadly I did nothing and waited so long for the warranty to finish. Also, the washer doesn't clean the clothes well. 
Very disappointing with this product.
