The controls are located between the top dryer and bottom washer, so visibility and ease of setting are perfect. Both washer and dryer are remarkably quiet. The washer tub has a large capacity. I would caution anyone who is replacing an existing appliance to check their electrical outlet for their dryer. Mine had the necessary 4-prong outlet, but this new dryer plug has one prong that is L-shaped at the end. I had to change my outlet to accommodate the plug.

We added the WashTower upstairs to allow our older children living downstairs to use our older LG setup for their laundry needs. The WashTower has all the features you could ever want in a compact setup. Yet I t still has the necessary capacity for family laundry needs. The mobile alerts through the LG ThinQ app keep you on task and keep the loads moving. My wife and I wished we had this when we first bought our house. Serious timesaver for multi-level homes.

The sleek design and size of this unit was single factor that made our new laundry room / bathroom beautiful and a functional addition to our home. The WashTower is extremely user friendly. Controls and height of doors make for easy access. Water usage is way less than conventional washer and the drying time is faster and pre determined. So many great functions to this unit. Very quiet and extremely well balanced. The WashTower when in place looks more like a piece of furniture and not just an ole washer dryer.

This solved my problem and also is a easy to run as I can reach the center display buttons!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit has a smaller footprint than other front loaders hence a smaller washer capacity.. We built our Laundry room remodel around this unit and it receives numerous compliments and we are pleased with our choice. The central control panel is in a perfect location especially for short people. The Built-in Intelligence feature is nice as it knows exactly what to set the dryer on based on your washing setting. Sometimes the settings are a little difficult to adjust so I have had to use the owner's manual quite frequently to change/alter the presets. I am sure it is just the normal learning curve. To get to the perma press cycle you have to download it using the WIFI feature. Initially we had some issues getting the unit to connect to our WIFI. I like that it prompts you to do a clean cycle after so many washes. We used the side vent feature which required an additional parts order. The doors are not changeable and they only swing from right to left. There are two main issues I have encountered.#1 If you have back and/or mobility issues the washing machine monthly clean/drain tank and the filter can be difficult to access as the drain door is located on the bottom left corner of the washer and you have to get on your hands and knees to access the door and the drain tube. #2 The washer tub sits approximately 9 inches from the floor so you have to really bend to get to the clothes especially since they often stick to the sides of the tub. This is not the unit for anybody with back issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Have had our Washtower for 3 weeks now. We love the way it looks a fits in our launders room. We like where the controls are located. The machine gets our laundry super clean with whiter whites. The steam feature helps minimize wrinkling. We are very happy so far.. especially for the price. Very good value. We can’t figure out how to make the WiFi work to use additional options via the app but perhaps that’s not that important for now.

When we saw the wash tower it looked like the center controls would make it usable. After using it for about 2 months we love it. the unit works better than some separate units we have owned.

I thought about it for a few weeks then decided to go ahead and get it, however it’s a big disappointment the dry sucks it doesn’t dry my clothes it always stops before the timer is up it takes HOURS of trying to get my clothes dry enough. I wouldn’t recommend it to no one. The only thing good about it is the space saving. Waste of money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a stackable washer and dryer and the LG Washtower was recommended to me. It turned out to be the perfect size for my small laundry room. But despite its small size its still a full capacity washer and dryer packed with great features including customizable run cycles and other presets that be easily downloaded from the app. And got my sister convinced and they will be buying one as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the LG Tower and washer works great but the dryer has sensors in it and due to the long exhaust piper we get an error when we dry a normal load. Wish they could increase dryer output to get rid of errors We would probably have same error with any new dryer unless we would one without the sensors.
