[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month ago. The ability to clean our clothes, towels & bedding is amazing! My daughter works in a bakery. Her clothes become very dirty especially the bottom of her pants. She made a comment of how her pants had never gotten this clean before. My husband even said he thought I bought new towels they felt so nice. Bottom line all around great washer & dryer!

This is the most incredible laundry system in the world. I needed to replace my full sized front loading washer and decided to chuck the dryer too to get this "smart" wall unit. I live in a condo so laundry room and general storage space is at a premium. This fit my space and freed up a huge amount of space that I could add shelving to. The BEST thing is how well it washes and drys. It's easy to load/unload, runs quiet, the control settings are at just the right level for an easy read and reach. The fact that the units 'talk' to each other takes the guess work out of dryer settings. The wash itself is excellent (no detergent residue after the rinse) and detergent, bleach, softener loading easy and in the right spot for measuring. The steam freshness setting is a great feature that I never thought I'use. Overall it is a time saver too! I look actually forward to doing my laundry. I'm a senior (70's) widower so these things really mean a lot.

We have had this for a couple of months and it has performed well and is much quieter than expected. My only complaint is that the installation had several issues (first delivery was dented, and subsequently they couldn't install because the electric plug was too short). As a product, however, this has exceeded my expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer has been very good so far. My wife loves that she gets notifications on her phone letting her know when loads are finished. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were a few times that choosing the setting for a regular load for the dryer did not result in the clothes being dry. We found that turning off the "energy saver" mode corrected this, but the default normal setting on the dryer never seemed to work. All other settings work fine, so it seems that the energy saver mode just doesn't function as intended.

What we love about it: Center control panel makes selecting wash or dry settings easy. Our clothes come out feeling perfect every time... it doesn't destroy your clothes It looks great, flat doors, sleek design It's quiet... though when you have the turbo wash on, you can hear it! On that, the only critique would be that the turbo wash option can be a bit loud. But we live in an industrial loft style condo and it's not in a laundry room with a closed door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided to move my laundry from the basement to a closet on my first floor. This unit fits nicely and makes doing laundry much easier. I was impressed with how quiet it is when running. I get a slight vibration when on the spin cycle but it’s barely noticeable.

After searching for the "perfect W/D" my wife was more then happy when we (actually she did, her mind was already made up, lol.) decided to go with this LG W/D. It took a bit of reading the manual, until we learned all of the settings. Quiet, efficient, thorough, built like a tank. This little machine, has it all. An excellent choice, indeed!

I was doing a remodel in a small area and needed a washer/dryer that would fit my area without major remodel. My cabinet maker was able to build around the unit and give me storage and a folding area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our new washer/dryer tower back in February. We couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. It replaced an older, smaller unit and fit almost exactly in the same footprint. The wash and dry volume of laundry is nearly twice the size of our old unit which allows for washing and drying of bedspreads and other similar large items. It's a "smart" unit that minimizes water use and run times. I would highly recommend this unit for those who have limited space for traditional washers and dryers. We live in a condo and this has met and exceeded our expectations.
