When I saw this all in one tower I was sold. No squeaking when it spins or dries. Quiet operation and it cleans my clothes really well without an agitator to beat the clothes up. I have to add, you must use a good detergent for best results but love my new washer/dryer. Highly recommend!

Dad had an amputation the beginning of this year and with my bad back as it already is, our old original whirlpools from the 90's were still going great don't get me wrong, but really needed an upgrade. So long story short we really needed a higher efficient unit and some more accessible. We have owned stacker units in the Past, But the Knobs and Buttons were always hard to reach. With this unit everything is accessible. Dad can even do his own laundry independlty from his wheelchair. Most of the time he can even use his grabber to help retrieve items out of the dryer, which he says has been really great. The Unit itself is Quiet, Runs Efficiently and Cleans clothes quickly and thoroughly. I really love the Steam Sanitizing setting, The Dryer steamer works wonders for my husband uniforms when he doesn't want to wait 2 weeks for them to return from the cleaners. Overall Great Experience and Very Satisfied with our First Real Appliance Purchase.

I actually have more space with this tower and the controls are more accessible. It’s sleek design is visually pleasing. Very solidly built and high end finishes add to it’s function and appeal. I am very happy with both the washer and dryer. Amazingly both have full load capacity, unlike my former pair. The smart controls are very useful and keep guess work to a minimum. The end of cycle “happy song” is much better than an annoying buzzer. Overall performance is great! Well worth the investment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG washer dryer set (but my first Washtower.) I LOVED my LG washer dryer set but sold my home and the buyers wanted it. So, I needed a new set and only considered the LG Washtowe because of my wonderful experience with my previous LG washer/dryer set. My new home had a very tight laundry room area. The LG Washtower made all of the difference -- plenty of room now and I still have full-size, wonderful washer/dryer set. I installed the Washtower on a platform that is about 5" tall.. (I am 6' tall, so this additional few inches of height made the washer height more comfortable.)

Favorite feature is its ability to connect to my phone and notify me when my loads are done. Amazing! Only downfall, I still need to either wipe down the washing machine after a wash or leave the door open to dry it so it doesn’t mold. Wish it had a feature to dry itself. But I’m used to this from my old machine, so would still HIGHLY recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this because it's an LG. I never wanted to own a front load, I loved my top load with no agitator, but moved to a smaller place. This unit fit perfectly and wasn't the old time set up you see at grandmas. It's quiet and so far, easy to keep clean. It's super heavy though, you have to remember that you have 2 units set on each other, so don't try and move it yourself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this knowing that LG only offers it with the hinge on the left but it is the only full size W/D that I could find that stacked and wasn't too tall. The unit is meant for a small space which is what I was putting it in (with sloping roof) and I went through all the throws of whether or not I could still use it with the left hinge. Though it fits it is inconvenient loading and unloading clothes. With a right sided hinge this would have been a five star review but because I replaced an excellent LG W/D Combo that had space problems and I had at least hoped for a much better solution to my problem.
