[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the WashTower about a month or so. The washer and dryer were squeaky at first, but after a call to customer service I unplugged and plugged in the machine per instructions and it took care of the squeaky dryer. The washer however, is still loud in the spin cycle. Also the washer is a little low but we are having a cabinet built with a platform for the unit. I would buy it again though. I love the large capacity in the small amount of space it takes up. Bottomline, it does a great job of washing and drying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this wash tower but didn't get delivered right away. Now that I have it I love the large capacity, so that I have less wash loads. I am a little disappointed when wash is finished, that water remains on the grey rubber seal, and in the hollow of seal. I do dry it with towel. Thinking in this day and age it would be much improved. My last machine was not a LG did the same thing and got moldy, no matter how I tried to dry seal. It was still in great working order. So this is a little frustrating,

Never had one that worked as well as this, it's quiet and fast and the app is cool cause you can see when the load is done no matter where you are or you can stop or start. Way cool, way nice, would recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love with this Single Unit LG WashTower with Center Control. I love the color, I love the performance, and I love that it doesn't take up a lot of space, but still has a large capacity. The center controls are easy to use for everyone in our family and it has all the great washing and drying features I look for including adjustable temp, spin, and soil level. I also love the extra rinse cycle, time dry, and energy saver mode. My only complaint is that I wish that I could adjust the time dry in increments of one minute versus the set amounts. Overall, I love the style and performance of this machine, as well as the extra laundry room space it provides without having to sacrifice capacity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our tower for over a month. It looks amazing. I love having the controls all in the middle. I am though with a few things. 1. The light doesn’t come on automatically when you open the door. 2. A major problem with the app which would allow me to download an additional type of load. I am totally frustrated with this! You can NOT adjust the water temp on the loads that are pre programmed . WHY? That’s just dumb! Quite often I just want to put my throw rugs in the dryer on air to fluff . There is NO air only cycle!! 3. If I use the dryer cycle on something besides VERY dry the clothes are really too damp. If I try to put them back in the dryer thinks they are dry and it won’t go again. I miss my last set! Would not recommend this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put this unit in an upstairs closet. Doing the laundry in our basement became too much of a safety issue as we are both in our 70's. Laundry is a much more convient task. Also the unit does an excellent job.

I'm not kidding ! This machine is super solid, very efficient and the spin cycle can hardly be heard from the other room. And, I love the little musical alarm that sounds when the cycle is finished. The Porsche of washers!

Our dryer was still working, but we figured it was the same age as the leaking washing machine. WOW! Has technology changed in 12 years. Faster cleaning, faster drying, and the convenience of newest technology is unbelievable. So happy we went with LG, as they are the best out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 weeks ago. Love the way it washes and dries. Much shorter times than old front loader. My only problem is getting hooked up to wifi. Have tried a number of times and still cannot get connected. Overall love this tower.
