My new washer dryer tower was delivered a couple of weeks ago and I am very pleased with how it works. I wanted stackable‘s due to the location where they needed to be; however I did not want to have to stand on a footstool to reach the controls for the dryer. The tower combination is so great because all of the controls are right in the middle between the two machines. I also love the sanitizing feature.

Having the all the controls for both the washer and dryer in the middle (between the washer and dryer) vs having the dryer controls at top at about 6ft when stacked, made this purchase the correct choice. Additionally, all the features/options available are easy to use. And most importantly, we have had no issues with cleaning or drying all types of clothes.

For the most part am pleased with the unit - especially like that the controls waist level making it easy to read. Drum size is large enough to easily wash king size sheet sets. Only drawback is the thumping noise made by the dryer when it first starts. A little research indicates this is normal, but based on experience with other dryers (that did not have a thumping sound) this is appears to be a design flaw.

The sleek design and size of this unit was single factor that made our new laundry room / bathroom beautiful and a functional addition to our home. The WashTower is extremely user friendly. Controls and height of doors make for easy access. Water usage is way less than conventional washer and the drying time is faster and pre determined. So many great functions to this unit. Very quiet and extremely well balanced. The WashTower when in place looks more like a piece of furniture and not just an ole washer dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer/dryer combo for several weeks now. I really like that the control panel is in the middle which makes it easier to see. It's cool that it auto selects the dryer settings after you wash! I also love that I get an alert on my phone when a cycle is finished. It is a little noisier than expected when filling with water, but that could be an issue on my end. Overall, I've loved the upgrade and would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had it for about 10 days. It is very sleek looking for a tower. Easy to use. It is hooked up to its own wifi and it gives you many more settings for washing and drying. The customer service is top notch. My only regret is that the door was not able to be switched which I needed for my small space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the wash station tower. Looks great and allowed me to add a sink and cabinet in the small laundry space. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the settings are only available via the app and not on the appliance dashboard. The other thing to note is you can only connect the tower on wifi with 2.4 ghz. I had to split my Wi-Fi into 2 bands to get it to connect.

So intuitive! Clear directions of use right there on the front. Easy access to all controls. Quiet and fun auditory sounds when cycles are complete. Beautiful. Sleek. Above All ... It Does the Job to Perfection. Almost does the washing and drying all by itself. Buy ... you won't be sorry!!! Reallt!!

The app is awesome with a lot of extra cycles for the washer. I receive notifications every time the wash or dry is complete which is very helpful since I usually put a timer on my phone. I would highly recommend.
