[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our house is not finished being remodeled so it is not connected. I wanted the laundry upstairs but our space is limited. I have used a front loader for years and did not want to go to a top loader. The size and centrally located controls are what sold me on your product. We should be moving in around the middle of May. I am so looking forward to using your product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washtower for about a month now and I am very happy with it. It can handle large loads which in turn has cut down on my laundry loads. I also love how I can use ThinQ to get updates on my washing or drying loads as well as suggestions and notifications to improve how I am using my washtower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trim, nice looking, effective unit. It’s fairly quiet and uses MUCH less water than our older unit. Only minor issues are that the steam function on the wash makes the cycle excessively long (and doesn’t seem to sanitize as ideally as hoped) and the “Energy Saver” functions on the dryer don’t get things as perfectly dry as the usual settings (maybe that’s a common thing w/ that - a bit less energy/heat = a bit less dry…). Would for sure recommend though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this unit. Works nicely. Still adjusting to times, temperatures, etc. It’s capacity is smaller than my last unit so that is taking done getting used to. It’s not that quiet. It sounds like a jet engine. Not terribly noisy but a bit louder than I would prefer. The controls are super easy and everything seems to be working well. Sometimes the dryer takes longer than it should but perhaps it’s stuffed too much. I would recommend this unit for ease of use and space saving. It really has a much smaller footprint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had several sets of front loaders over the years. Moved again and left my last set behind. Another brand but I liked it. When I saw this all in one tower I was sold. No squeaking when it spins or dries. Quiet operation and it cleans my clothes really well without an agitator to beat the clothes up. I have to add, you must use a good detergent for best results but love my new washer/dryer. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to get this machine to save some space, it was the best thing we did, I love this washer and dryer. Never had one that worked as well as this, it's quiet and fast and the app is cool cause you can see when the load is done no matter where you are or you can stop or start. Way cool, way nice, would recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tower for the extra features that allow for a extra spin, delayed wash, soak, and the dryer features for steam. These features do not work without a Bluetooth connection to your phone. I have never gotten my IPhone 11 to connect to the stupid appliance therefore this VERY expense washer dryer has very few functions. The repair guy couldn’t get the phone pair - but that’s not under warranty

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and I love it. It is great how there are more choice on the type of load you are washing on the app and you can download it to the machine and it will run to match what you set. The dryer will automatically set the drying cycle for the load of wash you just did. You can change it if you want. Overall I am very happy with the tower. Saves safe too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have spent a month with our LG washtower and we absolutely love it. It is so easy to use and really energy efficient. In fact, we sometimes fight over who will get the laundry done first. As for folding that's another story.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using our LG Washtower for for 2 weeks now and we are extremely happy with it's performance and results. It is quiet and efficient. It has a lot of bells and whistles that we haven't gotten to yet, but we will. It does a great job of cleaning out clothes and uses very little detergent.
