[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product last month. The features are great; there is a lot of flexibility in adjusting the controls. I personally like the extra rinsing and spray feature, because the clothes are rinsed thoroughly. Finally a washer-dryer combo where the dryer controls are in the middle! The dryer is efficient and finishes the job in a short time as compared to my experience with the previous dryers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG ThinQ wash tower about two months ago, and I am very impressed with its wash and dry cycle selections, the ease with which I can get my laundry done without having to keep running back and forth to the washer/dryer. I wash at least a load of laundry a day, and this unit was a great investment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our house is not finished being remodeled so it is not connected. I wanted the laundry upstairs but our space is limited. I have used a front loader for years and did not want to go to a top loader. The size and centrally located controls are what sold me on your product. We should be moving in around the middle of May. I am so looking forward to using your product!

I'm very disappointed in my WashTower. On month before the end of its first year the washer had a major failure. The washer started making a loud noise while in the spin cycle. I tried all the online help and the recommendation from LG. The until stopped working al together with a "te" error. That's when I noticed the hole in the wash tub. The Tech that came out said the tub had "slid on the drive shaft". He stated that he had to order parts and it could be several weeks before they can repair the unit. I'm now on my 2nd week of having to go to the laundromat. Needless to say I'm not very satisfied with the WashTower or LG

The washer has an issue with either the drum or gasket. The first wash had a high-pitched squeak during the spin cycle. I am able to recreate the squeak by moving the drum back and forth with my hand. Waiting for a service appointment, for 2 weeks now.

Just got this about a month ago, so I’m sure I’ll need to do an update. But right now, we are really liking our LG washer/dryer combo. Easy to use and have had very good results with the washing and drying. Love the slim design. So far this is working out for us very well. Delivery was Very quick and set up was a breeze!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the LG wash tower for a month now and I absolutely love it! The washer and dryer are both large capacity but the wash tower looks sleek and elegant. Leaving room in my laundry room for more storage cabinets. The wash tower is convenient and easy to use. I’m so glad I made the decision to purchase this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Laundry has never been this stylish and effortless. Looking back on my 23 year old Electrolux set makes me feel like I was beating cloths on a rock by the river. I get notifications on my phone and can see a countdown of the washer and dryer cycles. The Jertsons is now reality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We where so happy to get our new LG washer and dryer combo. Super easy to use. We still can't believe how well it washes and spins out the water. We actually sat Infront of it the first time and watched it. It has a light inside, for real.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the washtower for about a month now. I really enjoy the size, the cleanliness of the wash, and the various wash and dry options. The only think I have an issue with is that you have to press and hold a button on the electronic panel to turn on the light inside the drums, and sometimes you have to try a few times before the light actually comes on. It would be nice to have a simple on and off button, perhaps on the side of the unit, to turn on the drum lights. It would also be nice if there was an option to keep the light on for an extended period of time. Otherwise, enjoying the unit!
