There is GREAT space inside-- my husband thinks it's pretty near 2xs the capacity of what we had before. That plus the energy efficient cycles are going to save energy and money, seriously. Also, I love the little chimes when the cycles are completed--- it's very charming. Love this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our tower for over a month. It looks amazing. I love having the controls all in the middle. I am though with a few things. 1. The light doesn’t come on automatically when you open the door. 2. A major problem with the app which would allow me to download an additional type of load. I am totally frustrated with this! You can NOT adjust the water temp on the loads that are pre programmed . WHY? That’s just dumb! Quite often I just want to put my throw rugs in the dryer on air to fluff . There is NO air only cycle!! 3. If I use the dryer cycle on something besides VERY dry the clothes are really too damp. If I try to put them back in the dryer thinks they are dry and it won’t go again. I miss my last set! Would not recommend this again.

The controls are easy to use and they cover what is necessary for all types of laundry without being too difficult to use. The washer is excellent and the dryer works well without excessive noise. I like having the notifications for completed cycle on my phone.

It's been over a year with this machine and we primarily bought it because our previous set up took up too much space so this was a no brainer in terms of vertical space usage. It's easy to use and set up and has great energy saving features in terms of stopping when the dryer is done. No complaints, highly recommend!

Previous stackable (37 years old) died and there weren't many out there that would fit in its space. Trusted independent repairman ruled out several of them as being maintenance headaches but had not seen any problems with this LG unit so we went with it and so far have been quite satisfied. Although it hardly seems to be using enough water the clothes do come out clean, and it is not at all noisy. A minor annoyance is that you cannot manually change the temperature of the dryer's "Normal" function which is preset as "hot". Apparently you can adjust the settings using the app (assuming you don't have a 5G phone) but I'd find it a lot easier to just be able to do it for each individual load with the temperature setting button on the machine. Other than that I can't really imagine ever using the app at all.

From small wash loads to large bedding loads, the washer and dryer can handle it all without taking up much space! Perfect for small closets in older homes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the LG Washtower for my laundry room which is undergoing a remodel. I wanted the extra room that the wash tower gives me than a side by side. I am not disappointed. Don't think this is a stackable model from years past. This is full size. It washes well and the dryer is efficient. Both unit are very easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone regardless of space.

It's been exactly one year since we bought this washer/dryer combo and on top of saving a ton of space in our laundry room, it has been very efficient and easy to use. The machine has an excellent sensor system that realizes very quickly if your clothes are dry and stops the dryer to save energy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a 15 year-old LG washer and dryer. Overall, I like that it is one unit with controls in the middle, which are easier for the wife to use. I also like having additional cycles available on the app and that my phone tells me when either unit is done since I'm often doing other things in the house or yard and now I don't have to worry about wrinkly clothes. The cycles are (mostly) shorter than the older LG. It cleans very well and I like the steam feature. I think the app could use some improvement. I'd like to have the ability on the app to change the spin speed, soil level and temperature. These can usually be changed once the cycle is downloaded to the machine but sometimes it seems they cannot and it is frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now instead of having to haul blankets to the laundromat, where heaven knows what has been washed, I can do it all from my own home. Having the ability to “steam” clothes is also a big plus as I can throw it in the dryer and get rid of wrinkles. Highly efficient and still more things to learn about but most of all, the quietness of it. You hardly know it is actually working. Love it!!
