[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been looking for a front loader washer and dryer for years but the area we have to put it in was too small. I was so excited to find this set. It is slim and so convenient. It fits so well that we actually have room to add shelves in the area next to it. The quality of this set is great and it works so well. It even hooks up to your phone, which I have not done yet but plan to. Love this set and highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 months ago for my wife. We owned an LG washer and dryer years ago . I said I would not own another. But my wife wanted this unit. I researched it for a while and decided to purchase it. So far this unit has been the best I owned. I hope it will last 10 + years like the old ones did. It doesn't have the odors that the old ones did. That is a big plus for us. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the tower because my laundry room is small with little room to move around. The tower fits perfect. Also, the controls are conveniently located, especially for a short person. I would definitely recommend the LG Tower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer and drier work great and efficiently. I like the dryer features that I can adjust the time from 20 minutes with 10 minutes intervals to 60 minutes or use automatic sensor to dry. One time the washer run a whole cycle but did not release water. I had the machine serviced and the service person said that I put too much soap and this may cause this problem. Nowadays laundry detergents are normally concentrated. I only need 1 tablespoon of detergent to wash half load of cloth. With a full load, 2 Tablespoon is enough. The machine sensor release the right amount of water to wash the cloth and too much soap for too long can cause the problem. I am glad to learn this lesson or I will continue to put too much soap every time I wash clothing.

If you're reading this, hopefully you already did you due diligence and noted from other reviews that despite the site's description, this stack requires a 110 and a 220 outlet. Fortunately we caught that before the contractor was done with electric! Our first delivery came damaged from the last-mile carrier and it took a couple weeks for the new one. Other than that, we're very happy with the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this unit. There are only a couple of things I do not like - doors are not reversible, I was not informed that I needed a hose for the dryer steam function and the washer is quite noisy. Other than these things, I am very pleased and highly recommend this unit.

We were looking for a quality manufacturer for a washer and dryer, but due to the laundry room in our house we had to purchase a stackable unit. We discovered LG and could not be happier than we are right now! And the unit has excellent features and does a fantastic job cleaning and drying the clothes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is outstanding so far. It is everything and more as advertised.Included hookup accessories which is a plus. Plan to buy accessories which go with this unit. I had an LG washer and dryer which this replaced; that I purchased in 2008. I gave away the washer and dryer because it still had life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Takes up half the space in my laundry room and works just as well as the full size units we used to have. Considering buying another one so we can do 2 loads at one time since we have the extra room for another one now. The app letting you know the laundry is done is really cool too.
