I had found the Washtower very attractive. The integrated controls are very helpful. Our laundry area is in our kitchen, so we’re really appreciate the space we gained. We’ve replaced an LG washer, about 8 years old , that was still quite functional. But our dryer wasn’t LG & wasn’t in the best shape. I’d looked at stackable’s, but wasn’t drawn to them. I definitely wanted the LG Washtower. Looks great & it’s easy to use. No regrets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love this combo washer/dryer. The features are great and the LG ThinQ app is a really nice feature. This unit does everything that our standalone washer/dryer did but it saves so much space and really gave us more room in the small space we have in our laundry room.

Less than 4 months in use and already throwing error codes. Of course they want to blame it on everything except for the machine. Come to find out this is a common issue and they don't want to cover it. They also did away with key cycles and made it very difficult to use on their app.

Overall, I like that it is one unit with controls in the middle, which are easier for the wife to use. I also like having additional cycles available on the app and that my phone tells me when either unit is done since I'm often doing other things in the house or yard and now I don't have to worry about wrinkly clothes. The cycles are (mostly) shorter than the older LG. It cleans very well and I like the steam feature. I think the app could use some improvement. I'd like to have the ability on the app to change the spin speed, soil level and temperature. These can usually be changed once the cycle is downloaded to the machine but sometimes it seems they cannot and it is frustrating.

Still adjusting to times, temperatures, etc. It’s capacity is smaller than my last unit so that is taking done getting used to. It’s not that quiet. It sounds like a jet engine. Not terribly noisy but a bit louder than I would prefer. The controls are super easy and everything seems to be working well. Sometimes the dryer takes longer than it should but perhaps it’s stuffed too much. I would recommend this unit for ease of use and space saving. It really has a much smaller footprint.

The center controls are great (especially for my 5'-3" mother). Both the washer and dryer have a good capacity much better than the typical stacked units. I really like the steam drying function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the new LG Washtower - it's quiet, efficient, easy to use and even sings you a tune when it is done washing or drying. It has many different cycles to cover all your washing/drying needs. I especially like that it fits well in my very small laundry room, yet is able to handle large loads. I really wanted something that could wash/dry my queen size comforter, even though I had limited space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be working fine, install was tricky because it's such a large unit, ours needed to go on the 2nd floor and the team delivering it wouldn't move it up there because of safety concerns, so that's something to consider. Once we paid movers to move it up and slide it in it's worked well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pair for my upstairs closet in our condo.This unit looks sleek and modern. I love the lighted drums, the cycle finish tunes, and the gentle touch control panel. It is very quiet, both washing and drying. The berrings in my 7 year old washer died and were not worth fixing. The large capacity of the drums are terrific! Lots of room for blankets etc. I love the auto sensing technology too.The performance of this machine is excellent. It weighs your clothes in normal mode to calculate wash time. There is also a quick wash mode that will wash clothes in 30 min. It has all the other modes like bedding, or delicate that you would expect. Drying is equally competent. A normal load of clothes or sheets can dry very quickly!
