[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this unit. There are only a couple of things I do not like - doors are not reversible, I was not informed that I needed a hose for the dryer steam function and the washer is quite noisy. Other than these things, I am very pleased and highly recommend this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am definitely impressed with the tower. Cut my laundry time in half and does an amazing job with all the options provided. It’s easy to navigate the controls and looks amazing in my compact laundry room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this tower washer/dryer for about a month, and we both really love it. My wife loves the large capacity, options and features, and I really like the quality, appearance and the small footprint. We have room for another storage cabinet in the laundry room now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank goodness we bought this washtower! It is not only sleek and attractive but it does everything I needed it to do. No more wondering when my loads are going be to done because I get notifications on my phone. This saves me some time and stress And makes doing laundry for a family of 6 effortless. I also love that everything gets dried perfectly and the wrinkle care mode keeps rotating my clothes until I can get back to unload them. Thank you LG!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy with this unit! So simple to use and customize how you wash or dry. Love the sleek look! Favorite feature is its ability to connect to my phone and notify me when my loads are done. Amazing! Only downfall, I still need to either wipe down the washing machine after a wash or leave the door open to dry it so it doesn’t mold. Wish it had a feature to dry itself. But I’m used to this from my old machine, so would still HIGHLY recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is awesome! I have a smaller laundry room but always wanted larger washer. I’m only 5’4” tall so a large top loader would require a step stool for me to reach the bottom of the tub. This unit is smart in so many ways. The tub is BIG! I can stuff my king size sheet comforter in it, use the bedding setting and it comes out clean not wrapped up in a ball. The smart settings are very easy - no need to choose a water level - the machine know what to do. I use the pre-wash setting a lot and delicates too. My only negative with a front loader, there’s no soaking option. But I can work with that for all the positives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer is amazing but the dryer burned up after 4 months of use. And no it was not the lint trap. I do like the unit if the dryer didn't have issues it would be a 5 star all the way. Still thinking about getting the same unit to replace this one.

I absolutely love this wash tower. Not only is it a high tech product wonder, but is very user friendly and does a wonderful job cleaning and drying the clothes. The AI feature is amazing . I would highly recommend this unit even for those who aren't space restricted or have 2 separate units.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace our 20 year old washer and dryer set. We couldn’t install it right away as we were redoing our bathroom/laundry room. I couldn’t wait to get using it. It fits in our space really well and looks awesome!! All the added features are great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a stackable washer and dryer and the LG Washtower was recommended to me. It turned out to be the perfect size for my small laundry room. But despite its small size its still a full capacity washer and dryer packed with great features including customizable run cycles and other presets that be easily downloaded from the app. And got my sister convinced and they will be buying one as well.
