[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaces a top loader and although it does take some adjustment to go from a top loader to a front loader, it is such a better use of space to have them both in one unit. My laundry area is small and a whole new storage area has opened up. The washer cleans great and is as simple to use as hitting play. I have not downloaded all the “extra” features to my phone and don’t really care about those. The dryer works great and actually dries with heat as opposed to the air dry that so many have. Very pleased with both components and love the location of the controls. I’m 5’2” and I don’t have to stretch to reach anything. In addition to the basic components, you will need to separately buy the power cord for the dryer, and a steam dryer unit to be able to hook the steam dryer up.

I spent the first weekend washing everything I could find.and the combo worker like a dream. My only problem is getting WiFi working. Both units are easy to operate, quiet and most important, get everything really clean. My favorite thing is the little jingle it plays when they’re finished.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a long time of wanting to redo our laundry space, we finally did. In looking at all the washer dryers - they were all so big. Except the LG wash tower. This unit fit perfectly into our new space, is built extremely well, high efficiency, and so easy to operate. We love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am generally happy with the dual washer and dry tower. The only small draw-back is that the small amount of water left in the drum after the wash cycle begins to get rather smelly if the machine is not used fir 2 or 3 days. There’s a smell of foul water, so I feel like I need to run the cleaning cycle with the proper detergent pouches every week. Is this your normal experience ? This is my one disappointment. Otherwise, the washing, drying, and cycle choices are great. Aesthetically it’s is beautiful !

I bought this combination washer/ dryer to replace a combination washer/dryer for a condo. I needed a smaller unit since the laundry area is small. This combo fit exactly in the area available. The washer and dryer are quiet which is needed in a small area. I love the touch pads. There are numerous wash cycles available. The dryer also has several cycles to choose from. I love this combo much more than the original in the condo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just moved into a new house and purchased this unit or fit in my master bath. It is quiet and efficient and, importantly, it does a great job with the clothes. It is technologically advanced, but not to the point of being difficult to use. So far (3 months) I can say I love it. Cold wash, HE detergent and start, simple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a gift to my wife when we moved into our small new home, and it has frankly blown me away! The quality and features have me roped in while the ease of use and utility have my wife enamored. She's 5 foot 1 so the control center being in the middle is a godsend. The steam features are a whole other level of use as well, considering we have a husky that we adore that absolutely loves to shed on every last thing we own. This purchase was one of my favorites I have made in a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is everything we wanted in overall size at only 27" wide (we have very limited space), the drums are wonderfully FULL-SIZE, the washer spins as expected for all size loads (small to quilt size) and practically spins clothes dry. The dryer has heat choices to dry clothes to, which is great for delicates. The front panel controls are easy to use and using a phone app to control it is very convenient. Also, the alert sound is a happy tune not an annoying buzzer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old washer broke and I’ve been schlepping to the laundromat since September!! Finally got our laundry room remodeled the way we want it and my LG is the crowning glory!! Great features, runs so efficiently and quietly, and is beautiful just to look at (which I do often!)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washtower takes up the same amount of space that my old combined top load/front load dryer did. Controls are simple, the notification on my phone letting me know that the load is finished is nice too. Simple to use, with great capacity in the same 30x30 closet space. Worth the cost.
