[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this unit in April, received in may. I was in need of a new washer/dryer and this was ideal. I have limited space and prefer a stacked set. Major upgrade. Only negative part of the purchase was delivery. As soon as they brought it off of the truck the delivery guy commented, " oh, it's not going to work, the cord won't reach..". I was devastated. Ideal as the unit was, this was not a frivolous purchase. He returned to say it was all set up and ready, able to plug it in and function. Dried my tears and started loading it up same day. My outdated set had control panel on top of washer under mounted dryer. When shopping around I noticed newer model controls are all the way at the top which seemed nonsensical. Having the panel in clear view and lit is great. Basically walks you through to decide what your washing and how to wash it best, and recognizes what it needs to set at instantly once loaded in the dryer. I like to push both the washer and dryer power buttons at the same time so they both sing together "oh hey Nicole what are we washing today". Drum lights are a feature I didn't realize I would appreciate so much. I have not cleaned out drainages yet, but have seen on social media that I should, lint trap simple and easy access. So many features on the panel alone, but the wifi/app availability was a definite appeal. However, I have had difficulty setting it up which is heartbreaking, because I had surgery and could have allowed family members to help with laundry without actually touching my best friend's buttons. Bedding, beach towels, small loads, steam fresh..all of it & then some. So far~so fantastic.

Just got this about a month ago, so I’m sure I’ll need to do an update. But right now, we are really liking our LG washer/dryer combo. Easy to use and have had very good results with the washing and drying. Love the slim design. So far this is working out for us very well. Delivery was Very quick and set up was a breeze!

I don't usually write these reviews until I've had a product for some time to see how well a product stands up to multiple use, but this Wash Tower is such a great piece of equipment I feel like I have to say something. The space saving alone makes this unit worth the purchase, but it goes beyond that. The performance is top notch, and the features are exceptional. The fact that the dryer and washer capacities are as large as the individual units I was originally planning to buy blows my mind. My laundry room is pretty small, and this unit allowed me too really add other convenience features such as a table and shelving.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my Washtower about 3 months ago as part of a laundry room/pantry redesign. It’s sleek, powerful, quiet, and beautiful! It takes up half the space of my former dinosaurs and fits perfectly in the standard W/D alcove with a new drying rack next to it. It also blends beautifully with my pantry items and shelving in the same room. White doors and black hardware bring it all together. Bought this Washtower in the black stainless and it looks almost custom with the new black rack. Can’t say enough about the great job it does on my clothes; they come out spotless and nearly wrinkle-free. I’d totally recommend this machine - technology has overcome laundry drudgery. My laundry room is now my happy place.

I love the many different settings for clothing types. I like the energy saving feature. It is so quiet when it is running. It has an easy to reach control panel. I love the stylish look of it. I like the LG ThinQ app that tells me when the clothes are done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this unit for over a year. Got it so I could wash clothes on the main level. The unit is compact, fits in an entry way closet, and washes like a dream. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. Plus the app tells me when clothes are done, and I can stop the machine mid-cycle if desired. Easy to load and unload. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

We are renovating our house and eliminated one bedroom closet, so having the extra space of the stacked Washer-Dryer gave us half a closet back for storage. Having the controls at eye-level is so much better than the competitor stacked units where controls are at about 6 feet or higher, where only a tall person can see to select functions. It works great and looks great too.

I like the dryer features that I can adjust the time from 20 minutes with 10 minutes intervals to 60 minutes or use automatic sensor to dry. One time the washer run a whole cycle but did not release water. I had the machine serviced and the service person said that I put too much soap and this may cause this problem. Nowadays laundry detergents are normally concentrated. I only need 1 tablespoon of detergent to wash half load of cloth. With a full load, 2 Tablespoon is enough. The machine sensor release the right amount of water to wash the cloth and too much soap for too long can cause the problem. I am glad to learn this lesson or I will continue to put too much soap every time I wash clothing.
