[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer has been very good so far. My wife loves that she gets notifications on her phone letting her know when loads are finished. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were a few times that choosing the setting for a regular load for the dryer did not result in the clothes being dry. We found that turning off the "energy saver" mode corrected this, but the default normal setting on the dryer never seemed to work. All other settings work fine, so it seems that the energy saver mode just doesn't function as intended.

I bought the LG Washtower with Turbo Wash and Steam Dryer about a month ago. I previously had a LG front load (side by side) washer and dryer which I loved. This Washtower model even better. It’s quiet, quick, uses less water, and has AI technology and fabric sensors that take care of your clothing. I have limited space and replace an 15 year old apartment size stack unit. The tub was so small that only one sheet would fit per load. The washer had no water level setting and the dryer ran forever. The new Washtower is an amazing appliance. I would recommend to any size family from 1 to ???. My previous LG side by side model was much louder in the spin cycle and seemed to run for a long time. The Washtower makes laundry quick and easy. I’m very satisfied with the value and quality of the LG Washtower. It was money well spent.

Easy to use the basic features, but still havent figured out the more advanced features like steam care, guess i need to read the manual for that. Would definitely purchase again and very happy i purchased this over a 2 piece stackable

After 10 loads I'm impressed with this W/D unit although I've recently noticed more noise and vibration than the first loads, so I'm hoping this is not a downward spiral because I love the design and look of this unit. I only wish there were more ways to change the options in the wash cycles and an easy way to turn on the interior light.

Since I bought this equipment I feel Soooo happy when doing laundry. I live in a townhome the washer machine is conveniently located upstairs. I love the fact that the machine works smooth and makes a low sound. I love the touch screen and the music when the cycle ends. It’s energy saving and I have amazing results!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit and installed it, however the unit came to me with faulty heating elements and components and had constantly been giving be me overheating codes. LG has had great customer service and a tech has ordered new parts to fix it but I didn’t expect to purchase a brand new washer/dryer combo and the brand new dryer not work at all.

I’ve had this just for a few weeks and I can’t say enough wonderful things about it. the various features and the mini wash cycles and dryer cycles are perfect. I get my laundry done in half the time that I used to get it done and it saves energy and water. Love it

This solved my problem and also is a easy to run as I can reach the center display buttons!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Bosch set for over 10 years. Decided to look for more energy efficient stackable set. Love how they are and that I can download specialty cycles. Also I get alerts on my phone when the loads are done. I am very happy that I chose LG.
