This is a beautiful unit and it fits nicely on our small laundry closet. However, the unit lacks alot of functionality: 1. Can't customize wash settings (on the panel or the app) 2. Not many options on the panel, have to use app (e.g. delay start, towels setting) 3. Delay start doesn't work (need to contact support). 4. No notification integration with smart devices like Alexa.

It's also very irritating that it will not allow changes to cycles. For example, you can't select "very dry" on the delicate dry cycle. Not recommended if you don't have a smart phone.

I have not been disappointed. I tested the dryer steam feature with a pair of wrinkled jeans and sure enough it worked. We could not be happier! Thanks LG

This laundry center replaced a standard washer and dryer due to a renovation. I love that it is a space saver. Unit is quiet when running. Make sure to remove bolts at back of machine to avoid having to pull it out again. There sure be better tags to advise these need to be taken off before putting machine in service.

I live in an old building and my old stackable only needed a 220. I had to have an electrician come in after the fact to add the 110 line. Not a big deal but just a little inconvenient. But DEFINITELY worth the wait. I LOVE IT!!!

We purchased this stacked washer dryer unit to replace the late 90s separate washer and dryer units in our laundry room as part of an over hall and remodeling project. Moving to a stacked washer dryer unit allowed us to free up much more cabinet and counter space for our laundry room. Our WKEX200HBA stacked washer dryer unit is infinitely more efficient than the units we were replacing and does a much better job at thoroughly cleaning and drying our clothes. We have a household of four and a lot of different types of laundry to be done; the WKEX200HBA handles everything we throw at it easily, no matter how dirty. With a multitude of temperature and care settings available, we know that every type of clothing is well cared for. Additionally, we do appreciate the Wi-Fi enabled functions as well, particularly the notifications when loads are done (especially handy when you have teenagers in the house who start laundry and then promptly forget about it.) we would highly recommend the WKEX200HBA to anyone looking for a new washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a small laundry room and was crowded with a side by side washer/dryer and a huge water heater. A tankless water heater and my new LG Tower freed up enough space to install a sink and a water softener. The efficiency of the electric dryer is amazing and the washer does a medium load in 1/3 less time. If you’re looking for space savings and high efficiency, the LG wash tower is a great choice. I highly recommend this washer dryer combination.

Dad had an amputation the beginning of this year and with my bad back as it already is, our old original whirlpools from the 90's were still going great don't get me wrong, but really needed an upgrade. So long story short we really needed a higher efficient unit and some more accessible. We have owned stacker units in the Past, But the Knobs and Buttons were always hard to reach. With this unit everything is accessible. Dad can even do his own laundry independlty from his wheelchair. Most of the time he can even use his grabber to help retrieve items out of the dryer, which he says has been really great. The Unit itself is Quiet, Runs Efficiently and Cleans clothes quickly and thoroughly. I really love the Steam Sanitizing setting, The Dryer steamer works wonders for my husband uniforms when he doesn't want to wait 2 weeks for them to return from the cleaners. Overall Great Experience and Very Satisfied with our First Real Appliance Purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced our ageing and leaking washer of 12 years. Our dryer was still working, but we figured it was the same age as the leaking washing machine. WOW! Has technology changed in 12 years. Faster cleaning, faster drying, and the convenience of newest technology is unbelievable. So happy we went with LG, as they are the best out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot believe I am writing a review about a washer/dryer…but this thing is killer. We had our old stuff for the last 10 years and it was great. So we thought until we bought this LG unit! I haven’t done a scientific experiment to deduce this claim but here goes…Our laundry is cleaner, smells, better, less wrinkles, and more sanitary! I agree, it makes no sense why this is but it is! We use the same water, the same detergent and softener everything is the same except for the machine! It has to be that our old machine was just tired and I guess, smelly! Kind of like us when we age? Haha! So, do yourself and your laundry a favor and get this machine…it is wonderful!
