I have 65 Never before used a front loader in 65 years of doing laundry! It was smooth,not awkward as I expected. Energy efficient and uses less water. Not too sophisticated for a senior user like myself. Instructions on the appliance easy to follow and read. These appliances neatly fit in our senior suite in our son’s home. We have since ordered other lg products for our new space!

It is modern and technical but not so much that you need to be a scientist to understand how to use it. It is beautiful and does a great job of both washing and drying my clothes.

We purchased this stacked washer dryer unit to replace the late 90s separate washer and dryer units in our laundry room as part of an over hall and remodeling project. Moving to a stacked washer dryer unit allowed us to free up much more cabinet and counter space for our laundry room. Our WKEX200HBA stacked washer dryer unit is infinitely more efficient than the units we were replacing and does a much better job at thoroughly cleaning and drying our clothes. We have a household of four and a lot of different types of laundry to be done; the WKEX200HBA handles everything we throw at it easily, no matter how dirty. With a multitude of temperature and care settings available, we know that every type of clothing is well cared for. Additionally, we do appreciate the Wi-Fi enabled functions as well, particularly the notifications when loads are done (especially handy when you have teenagers in the house who start laundry and then promptly forget about it.) we would highly recommend the WKEX200HBA to anyone looking for a new washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this amazing washing machine on August 10th.20?23 and because we are a large family of five, we have to launder small to larger loads at least three to four times a week. I love to use the Wi-Fi function and operate it from my iphone. What a pleasure. Perfect washes. More then perfect drying and one function I did not imagine ..... The Wrinkle care!!! Works almost without any sound. Tells you when cycles are comp!ere. ( ring on iPhone too ) and directs you to leave washer door open for drying. Wow!!! What technology plus modestly priced.

This machine is incredibly complicated to use. To change some of the most basic wash cycles you have to utilize the app on your phone. I’m standing in front of the watchtower. Why do I need to go get my phone to change the cycle? Even changing some of the most basic items requires researching on Google to figure out how to make the changes.

The space savings is great and having full sized washer and dryer that saves space in my laundry room is fantastic! They both work very well cleaning and drying my clothing/ bedding. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago to replace a 16 year old stack washer/dryer set. I didn't rush into this purchase. I shopped at nearly every appliance outlet in my city and tried to be diligent about comparing features and prices. My main constraint was space. My laundry room is actually a closet so space is tight. Once I had all of my facts and figures I spoke with a friend who does appliance repair. He's a big fan of LG so that sealed the deal for me. This unit is so far above what I was using before that I hardly know where to begin. The control panel is super easy to use, even for someone like me who is mildly technology challenged. I love that it is energy efficient. It runs quietly which is a plus since I had to remove the bi-fold door on my laundry closet in order to get it to fit. I thought that would bother me but it's so sleek and pretty that having it visible is not an issue. A small load of laundry can be done in about 30 minutes. The tubs are big enough to do blankets and quilts. There are a few features that I have not tried yet like the steam refresh option. So far I am really happy with my purchase and look forward to many years of happily doing laundry.

I bought this for a condo renovation, mainly for its trim size, but both the washer and dryer have a large capacity, work very well and do not make a lot of noise when running. The controls are in the middle of the stack which is so convenient. It has taken me a little time to figure out how to adjust temperature, spin cycle, etc. with some of the preprogrammed features.

I just got this new wash tower and I couldn’t be happier. I love the new features especially the turbo wash! It is so much faster and still does a fantastic job with my laundry. I highly recommend it and feel secure that you won’t be disappointed if you decide to buy an LG front load washer and dryer.

Linda, my beautiful lady, who gets distressed just hearing about electronics, digitalization of any form and any home device that does not have knobs and dials, was not that happy with the suggestion that we would be getting a new Washer/Dryer Tower, especially one that has electronic touch controls. So, when we received our beautiful LG appliance on August 6, 2022, she saw the recommendation in the owner’s manual to read all of the operating instructions before actually using it. She read the instructions twice, and that helped a lot. Both of us now have tried many of the various features, and this washer/dryer tower is performing well. We believe that it is both efficient and effective. The old guy, me, will get around eventually to installing the LG App on his smartphone. Thanks LG.
