[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this set in February for my laundry room remodel, smaller room and this washtower option is perfect for space saving without sacrificing load capabilities! Plus I’m rather short stature at 4’10” and I can use this without a step stool! Not possible with stacking regular units- so this made my life functional and easier. Plus amazing settings that clean great, uses less water, easy access clean out, reminds about tub cleanings, app capable, and looks so sleek in black stainless! Honestly this is now my favorite appliance, makes laundry so easy!

I bought this a few months ago for my new place. I do not have a laundry room so I wanted to make the laundry area look nice. I have 2 little kids so I have done MANY loads of laundry in the short time I have had it. So far I love it. I have had 2 issues with it so far. A dent on the side of the dryer which the drum would hit when running its cycle. Fairly easy fix, just took the top off and knocked the dent out. The other issue was I washed a throw pillow and at some point in the cycle the zipper got caught and destroyed the rubber seal. I had a hard time finding the part on my own(which is my only compliant). I scheduled a repair and that was quick and easy and the guy that came to help was awesome! It has fancy features but inside it's still a normal washer dryer that can be worked on/fixed when needed.

In spring 2022, I bought a Frigidaire single unit washer/dryer because the house I purchased in 2012 came with an earlier model. I was happy with that one so when it was time to replace it, I chose the latest Frigidaire unit, I was unhappy from day one. In fact the first one delivered was defective and replaced. I finally concluded that the engineering on that unit was done by people who don’t do laundry. A local appliance store recommended the LG. I really wanted to buy American but based on the store’s recommendation, I got the LG, partly because the controls were sensibly positioned for a short person. I thought I preferred the Frigidaire top loader because it gave me a place to fold clothes but I’ve adapted to the front loader and prefer it now, especially the more measured use of water. And I like the fabric softener dispense which the other didn’t have. My only criticism is that I don’t think I’m able to select the water temperature for the rinse cycle. It appears to use the same temp as the wash cycle. This LG unit is far superior to the former unit that it is hard to find words to compare. I’m so glad I switched to LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and love it. I am still learning to use some of the features I didn't know I needed but am anxious to use. The clothes come out clean, it's quiet, and the cycles are not too long on both the washer and dryer. I use the extra rinse cycle which cuts down on drying time. It looks great in my laundry room and free up space for a freezer.

Both interior and exterior finishes are smooth. The features I appreciate so much are the highly functional choices for the wash cycles. The day my WashTower was delivered, I had a blast washing everything in the house. Blankets, sheets, normal wash loads, bulky or delicates all came out cleaner than ever. I know instantly, when each load is complete because I receive a message on my phone. It's a pleasure to hear the electronic musical song played when a load is complete. My clothing was cleaner and brighter. The texture of my towels became so fluffy again!!! My white cotton sheets came out softer than ever and the natural sheen glowed. The WashTower is extremely quiet, even during the spin cycle of bulky items. The WashTower is worth the price. It's sleek and stylish and the footprint takes up less room than traditional washer/dryer combos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this because it's an LG. I never wanted to own a front load, I loved my top load with no agitator, but moved to a smaller place. This unit fit perfectly and wasn't the old time set up you see at grandmas. It's quiet and so far, easy to keep clean. It's super heavy though, you have to remember that you have 2 units set on each other, so don't try and move it yourself.

I was intrigued by the versatility of this stacked set. Being a short 5 foot two, I didn't want a double stacked set with controls I couldn't reach. I love that both sets of controls are center set for easy reach. I can design custom settings for different washloads if I feel really creative. Overall I am pleased with the performance of this set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the controls are in the middle and they are so easy to use. The washer and dryer actually communicate with each other allowing ease of transfer for loads. Set up the washer, abs after the cycle simply throw the clothes in the dryer and press start. The dryer is automatically set up based on what cycle was used on the washer. Not to mention the fact that finally we have a stackable washer dryer where you don’t need to be too tall to reach the top controls. It also knocks a solid 5-6 inches off the total height, allowing it to fit in our small laundry area, without having to sacrifice on washer/dryer size.

We were surprised that when the delivery men unpacked the machines, they were already attached. We love the ONE control panel for both machines. Love the fact that both will "think" about what is inside and select the cycle to use. If I had to say anything negative is that I can't seem to get the WiFi feature to work or find where on the control panel it lets me know when the laundry soap needs to be refilled. But that's on me because I need to call Support. We highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how much space it saves in the laundry room. Now there’s room to put in a folding table or even a sink —- or more coveted storage. I’m of average height and have no problem getting the clothes out of the top dryer. The center controls are simple to use, but the best part is being able to control the washer and dryer from my phone. I love being able to see how much time is left and what cycle it’s in. Also, it seems to use less water, which I love! ’ve had it a month now and couldn’t be more pleased.
