This is a beautiful unit and it fits nicely on our small laundry closet. However, the unit lacks alot of functionality: 1. Can't customize wash settings (on the panel or the app) 2. Not many options on the panel, have to use app (e.g. delay start, towels setting) 3. Delay start doesn't work (need to contact support). 4. No notification integration with smart devices like Alexa.

We saw the LG Washtower as an available solution to have both a large capacity washer and dryer at the same time in the same laundry room. We have now used it for over a month, and absolutely love it! The color is awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of listening to the stacked washer-dryer unit in our apartment, we longed for the sound of silence. After considerable research, we opted for the LG Single Unit Front Load LG Wash-Tower. The controls are centrally located between the washer and the dryer unit, allowing the unit to be shorter than separate (stacked) units, while keeping the controls easy to reach. The chimes LG plays at cycle startup and completion are musically pleasant and make us feel like we are back in Korea. The washing cycle is both quiet and water efficient, and after a wash, the dryer is already programmed to the exact drying particulars. We have washed may types and size loads, always to Great Success.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit because it was the ONLY full-sized washer/dryer I could find that would fit in my second floor laundry closet. Thanks LG! It seems quiet and efficient, with the wash cycle much shorter than my old unit. (Though the dry cycle is a bit longer.) Installation is not easy. It comes as a single unit weighing 300+ pounds, and when the installation dudes teetered backward on my stairs I thought there might be a loss of both human and machine. (Fortunately they recovered quickly!) Some things about this machine baffle me. There is no spin and drain cycle, no "no heat" setting on the dryer, and the timed dry only allows you to choose 20-minute increments. The lights in the washer and dryer are very nice, but they don't turn on when I want them to, and they turn off too quickly when I'm unloading. Apparently it's normal that water pools around the seal of the washer after the cycle is done that needs to be mopped up. Despite repeated tries I have not been able to connect it to my phone. I can see it connected to my wi-fi, but have no idea what its password is. I'm not sure what the "steam" function is all about, but when I used it with the washer the wash time (including an extra rinse) went up to 1 hour and 50 minutes! I used it with the dryer and my clothes came out more wrinkled than ever. I don't get it. So, the bottom line for me is that it's fine as a basic washer/dryer, but the fancy features seem pretty useless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the ease of use of this WashTower. It works perfectly for our space and I love all the features. One problem I am having with the WashTower is that off and on it keeps displaying an error code about the dryer vent being clogged but continues to work anyway. I don't know if the sensor is faulty or if I need someone to come and clean our vents. We thought we had fixed the problem and the error code went away for awhile, but now it is back again.

I was so excited to find this set. It is slim and so convenient. It fits so well that we actually have room to add shelves in the area next to it. The quality of this set is great and it works so well. It even hooks up to your phone, which I have not done yet but plan to. Love this set and highly recommend it.

We have had this for a couple of months and it has performed well and is much quieter than expected. My only complaint is that the installation had several issues (first delivery was dented, and subsequently they couldn't install because the electric plug was too short). As a product, however, this has exceeded my expectations.

I love that the controls are easy to reach and that the dryer automatically sets to the same setting as the washer. My only qualm is that the dryer doesn’t always dry things thoroughly, so I usually have to run another cycle, but otherwise it works fantastic!
