I bought the stackable unit and it’s perfect—easy to use, great capacity (accommodating my queen quilt), and I regained half the room for storage of cleaning supplies!

The LG washer/dryer tower is the perfect choice for me. I am 5 feet 2 inches tall and can easily reach into the dryer. The controls are in the middle and are easy to see and reach. The digital display is very intuitive to use. I am a senior and appreciate how accessible this machine is for me. I am extremely happy with my choice of this LG appliance.

The all-in-one was a perfect fit. We now have a full-size washer and dryer in our home. I enjoy the LG app as it tells me when my loads are completed. With a busy schedule, a simple reminder is always welcomed.

The convenience of a stacked unit with controls in the middle, easily accessible, is very appealing. But it seems to be noisier than it should be, which is a big deal since it lives in my kitchen, not a separate laundry room. I have an appointment to have it looked at, and hopefully fixed or replaced if not fixable.

The last washer and dryer I bought was 25 years ago so when I went looking for a new one an d looked at alot of them and ran across this one did my research and decided to give it a try not being that tech savvy I was worried that I would not be able to run this thing and come to find out it was so easy, have not used all the features but I know I am going to love it.

It can handle large loads which in turn has cut down on my laundry loads. I also love how I can use ThinQ to get updates on my washing or drying loads as well as suggestions and notifications to improve how I am using my washtower.

Wash cycle is super fast when not doing a huge load, but we've found some materials (such as if I was cutting the lawn and had some small debris on my jeans) does not get flushed out when spun. Dryer cycle is really long and normal cycle does not leave clothes dry. Also, seeing metallic looking filings on rubber door seal. Think this one needs to go back. If it is just a lemon, I'd be happy with the features on this model working correctly, let's see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first unit delivered was damaged. Luckily, the distributor had another unit. So far we are very pleased with this combo unit. The washer does a good job and it doesn't take as long to complete the wash cycle as previous units we have owned. The dryer does a good job.we haven't had this unit long enough to explore all the different cycles but I feel we will be please overall with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I definitely haven't ever been this excited to have an appliance delivered before. As they wheeled it into our backyard and into our laundry room I felt like a kid on Christmas. This is one of the first "next gen" appliances for us, and a major upgrade over our previous washer and dryer. The first thing I noticed is they got the heights right. The dryer is convenient to put things in and out of without feeling like you have to reach up, and the washer is at an easy to reach height as well. As we did our first dozen loads of laundry, it was obvious that this washer and dryer unit was laundry-life-changing. One of the big upgrades on the washer side is that it leaves much less water in what I would call the seal channel of the door area. It seems like it does a great job of getting all the water out. You can also see this when you take your clothes out after a spin cycle, and they are nearly dry already. I think this plays to the efficiency of the appliance as well. Also, the control panel is very easy to use, and I really like that you can turn on the panel for the washer and dryer separately. The regular wash cycle is fast, and it's actually close to what the timer says. On our old washer, if it said 50 minutes, it was probably closer to 70. This washed a regular load in under 40 minutes. Once the wash is done, you put them in the dryer and your settings carry over. Were you washing on blanket settings? It knows it, and puts itself on the correct setting - pretty amazing. There's also a plethora of customizations that can be made to both washing and drying. The tech features are awesome, but also easy to use. The AI is built-in, so there's not need to mess with any settings. It takes the guesswork out of doing the laundry. The dryer also has a cool wrinkle care feature, so that if you leave your clothes in the dryer for a while, it will lightly tumble them occasionally, so they don't wrinkle. I like that because I am notorious for doing so! The lit inner drums of both the washer and dryer make it really easy to see. I've never seen an effective light inside a dryer until now! My one concern, moving from a side by side to a stackable was the potential vibration. I set it up without the wall anchors initially to see how it would do, and I was really surprised. Blankets, towels, really anything we throw at it, there is no vibration, no movement, nothing. This machine is super quiet, and really stable. I would say this is the perfect washer and dryer if you have a baby, and limited space. There's almost no extra noise from it, no typical rush of water sound, not banging around of a loose drum, nothing. It's really amazing how quiet it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a Samsung stackable washer and dryer in the same price range as this unit, I have to say that the LG has far exceeded my expectations. The difference in overall noise level, build quality, and even how clean our clothes smell after being laundered, is night and day when comparing to my Samsung set. The washer and dryer combo unit have a sleek design and the center mounted controls are extremely convenient. Hi without hesitation… I would highly recommend them to anyone!
