[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced a 16 year old washer and a 21 year old dryer - so it is a vast improvement. I live in a condo, and the washer and dryer are in the passage from the unit to the garage, so there is limited space. The old washer and dryer fit side-by-side, but the space is so shallow that any new side-by-side options would block the exit door, so stacking was the only option. My neighbors with the same floor plan have stacked LG washer/dryers. I love that this unit is pre-stacked and the controls are in the center. It washes and dries much more efficiently than my old models. The only downside is that when the dryer door is open, the latch is just about eye level - and I have to get around the door to carry laundry in. An automatic retractible latch would be a great safety feature!

LOVE the centrally located controls between the units which was the main reason I selected this model. It looks nice, cleans full sized loads, does a good job at sensing dryness and gives good options for types of loads. Thumbs up so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of listening to the stacked washer-dryer unit in our apartment, we longed for the sound of silence. After considerable research, we opted for the LG Single Unit Front Load LG Wash-Tower. The controls are centrally located between the washer and the dryer unit, allowing the unit to be shorter than separate (stacked) units, while keeping the controls easy to reach. The chimes LG plays at cycle startup and completion are musically pleasant and make us feel like we are back in Korea. The washing cycle is both quiet and water efficient, and after a wash, the dryer is already programmed to the exact drying particulars. We have washed may types and size loads, always to Great Success.

Was replaced as requested but had to wait again. Thankfully new one came in great condition and works great. Really like how compact it is and large a load it will hold. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the capacity for the footprint. It is quiet compared to other W/D I have used. ThinQ was so difficult to setup despite multiple support calls that I gave up on the Extended Warranty promo offer.

We bought 2 of the laundry centers for our new home and couldn’t be happier with them. They are super quiet and smooth in their operation and do an excellent job getting our laundry clean. Will definitely buy again and highly recommend to anyone looking for new laundry appliances.

It has worked flawlessly since and has been so reliable that we purchased another for our second vacation rental. We tell the guests to leave the washer door open a crack to avoid mildew smells and we get a bit of sand around the dryer seal (beach rental) that we wipe off. No issues with performance in almost 2 years and the controls are easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing machine! Love love love it but it is small. Cleans well, runs fast and quiet and has a small footprint. This is a great set for a single person who doesn’t want/need to wash much. I am only able to wash, at most, one queen sized blanket at a time. I also enjoyed the different wash and drying options making it very versatile and efficient. The quality of the wash is good but the capacity is small. If the size was bigger I would give it 10 stars! I would definitely buy it again if it was bigger. It is seriously the only drawback.
