[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned and used our Washtower for over a month now and can't be more impressed. Quiet, Quiet, Quiet! The washer spins to almost dry, handles everything up to queen sized comforters....Has a cycle for any type of laundry and a steam clean cycle for antiseptic purposes. The dryer is works perfectly, with plenty of dry/steam options. The lighted drum is an unexpected surprise. The unit as a whole is perfect for our townhouse setting, full size yet space-saving. You can easily reach to the rear of either drum, central controls. This Washtower is a home run, don't even consider any others !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laundry center is fantastic, beautiful and fun. It's super silent, the controls are simple and intuitive. The capacity is amazing. Couldn't be happier. The only downsize is connecting to my WiFi... bit complicated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to get the tower. I thought about it for a few weeks then decided to go ahead and get it, however it’s a big disappointment the dry sucks it doesn’t dry my clothes it always stops before the timer is up it takes HOURS of trying to get my clothes dry enough. I wouldn’t recommend it to no one. The only thing good about it is the space saving. Waste of money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this three months ago, took 2 months just to have it installed (due to delivery service). Had high hopes but I’ve noticed the machine is very loud and also leaves soap residue. I use one HE pods per cycle, as instructed.

I had this installed about 6 weeks ago. The drain flex pipe was damaged and leaked all over my new hardwood floors. LG replaced the pipe for free, But sadly I have to fix the floors. My contractor should have checked that everything worked well before I used it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago to replace a 16 year old stack washer/dryer set. I didn't rush into this purchase. I shopped at nearly every appliance outlet in my city and tried to be diligent about comparing features and prices. My main constraint was space. My laundry room is actually a closet so space is tight. Once I had all of my facts and figures I spoke with a friend who does appliance repair. He's a big fan of LG so that sealed the deal for me. This unit is so far above what I was using before that I hardly know where to begin. The control panel is super easy to use, even for someone like me who is mildly technology challenged. I love that it is energy efficient. It runs quietly which is a plus since I had to remove the bi-fold door on my laundry closet in order to get it to fit. I thought that would bother me but it's so sleek and pretty that having it visible is not an issue. A small load of laundry can be done in about 30 minutes. The tubs are big enough to do blankets and quilts. There are a few features that I have not tried yet like the steam refresh option. So far I am really happy with my purchase and look forward to many years of happily doing laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this knowing that LG only offers it with the hinge on the left but it is the only full size W/D that I could find that stacked and wasn't too tall. The unit is meant for a small space which is what I was putting it in (with sloping roof) and I went through all the throws of whether or not I could still use it with the left hinge. Though it fits it is inconvenient loading and unloading clothes. With a right sided hinge this would have been a five star review but because I replaced an excellent LG W/D Combo that had space problems and I had at least hoped for a much better solution to my problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first new washer/dryer ever! I am so happy with it. My clothes come out so clean and fresh! I really like the Allergiene and Turbowash features. My cat loves the chime at the end of the cycles. I also like the LG ThinQ app. I did not think I would even use it, but it has come in handy many times. The unit fits just right in an oversized closet in our renovated guest room. It is a great addition to our household.

I bought this a few months ago for my new place. I do not have a laundry room so I wanted to make the laundry area look nice. I have 2 little kids so I have done MANY loads of laundry in the short time I have had it. So far I love it. I have had 2 issues with it so far. A dent on the side of the dryer which the drum would hit when running its cycle. Fairly easy fix, just took the top off and knocked the dent out. The other issue was I washed a throw pillow and at some point in the cycle the zipper got caught and destroyed the rubber seal. I had a hard time finding the part on my own(which is my only compliant). I scheduled a repair and that was quick and easy and the guy that came to help was awesome! It has fancy features but inside it's still a normal washer dryer that can be worked on/fixed when needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this product due to reviews I read and lives up to them. Washes so much faster than my previous washer since will actually weigh the amount of clothes. Like the smart features in the app and can actually pick what you are washing like towels. Like that the tub for both washer and dryer are extra large. My only complaint on the dryer is if you let it pick the dryer level and you pick the dampness, it thinks everything is dry when is not, so I end up putting the time amount in. Other than that I love the look and sleekness and very happy.
