[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG ThinQ wash tower about two months ago, and I am very impressed with its wash and dry cycle selections, the ease with which I can get my laundry done without having to keep running back and forth to the washer/dryer. I wash at least a load of laundry a day, and this unit was a great investment!

This is my dream come true as far as laundry units go! It does much much more than I had dreamed! And it's still compact enough to liberate a lot of space in my tiny laundry room. Enough space was freed to put up a folding table plus now I can actually iron in my laundry room if I need to iron anything.

I’ve had this just for a few weeks and I can’t say enough wonderful things about it. the various features and the mini wash cycles and dryer cycles are perfect. I get my laundry done in half the time that I used to get it done and it saves energy and water. Love it

My last washer and dryer I would have to pretreat grass stains and mud from my kids soccer clothes and I with this washer I don't even need to pretreat the clothes they have been coming out clean without needing too! I do wipe the seal down with a towel when I'm done with the loads to prevent the mildew smell (which I have not noticed yet). The dryer works well also! I have been very pleased with this purchase.

I wish LG had more tutorial videos with the different things and results you can get out of this machine. I really love the app/notifications for when a load is done.

I bought this because of the simple features. Although when I used it I could not change heat setting on normal load. Talked with service and said to place a service call after a lengthy work through to fix. Placed Service request. Another hour long call pushing buttons with someone in India. They tell me that machine only has medium high available and to change to bedding setting. So ridiculous.

LG is my new favorite brand!! The washer gets every load really clean and smelling great. And I’ve rarely had to run a a load in the dryer twice!! Awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this several weeks ago. The machine itself has been lovely. My only gripe is that I kind of miss physical buttons, since the entire interface is capacative touch, and sometimes I have soap on my hands when I need to run the laundry. Note: I had an absolutely horrible experience with the appliance installers, but I don't blame that on LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit and installed it, however the unit came to me with faulty heating elements and components and had constantly been giving be me overheating codes. LG has had great customer service and a tech has ordered new parts to fix it but I didn’t expect to purchase a brand new washer/dryer combo and the brand new dryer not work at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer is amazing but the dryer burned up after 4 months of use. And no it was not the lint trap. I do like the unit if the dryer didn't have issues it would be a 5 star all the way. Still thinking about getting the same unit to replace this one.
