[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the supply side issues I was only able to get the tower immediately since by 13 yr old washer died Although I did not need the space saving provided by the tower I will create a new laundry area in my garage. I am only 5 ft tall so I appreciate the controls in the center and yes I can reach the dryer The washer is a little lower than I like but I am adjusting to the lack of pedestals. After a quick research I was set on LG for my new washer and dryer. The dryer is amazing, truly fast. The washer I am still looking for the best setting but it does get the clothes clean. The quick wash is great for cleaning up after mtg foster puppies. Overall the price good and I have spoken to LG customer service and they went out of their way to be helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our washing machine stopped working, we knew we needed something reliable to replace it. We did a ton of shopping around and looked at many machines before deciding on this one. We loved how it was a one piece and that the controls were in the middle of the machine so I could reach without a problem. We didn’t need a new dryer, but we wanted the system so we made the exception and splurged on ourselves. I did make the mistake and thought that controlling the machine came from our phones meant that we could “freshen” the wash or the dryer from anywhere, but I guess you’d have to be home to unlock that feature on the tower first - which was a bit disappointing but not the end of the world.

I am so glad I bought this LG laundry center. I was having buyers remorse before delivery. I almost canceled the order. I am so glad I didn’t! Because of Covid I am now my formerly healthy working husbands caretaker. I needed a washer/dryer on the first floor. It was really hard on me carrying baskets of clothes up and down steps. I Absolutely love Turbo Wash! It takes half the time to do a load, compared to my other washer. I also love the Dryers Turbo Steam. I throw my blankets in and they come out feeling and smelling fresh and clean. I picked this laundry center for two reasons. I needed to wash and dry my king size sheets and comforter. The second was the size. I had a very limited space to fit in. The other styles would not fit. I love the dryer steam wrinkle setting. This is the laundry center is perfect fit for me!

Love the features of steam and the fast spin. Nice looking unit. Be sure the unit is fully balanced. Only complaint is that the vibration sensor already had to be replaced. Parts are not readily available and repair service companies are not experienced

I bought the stackable unit and it’s perfect—easy to use, great capacity (accommodating my queen quilt), and I regained half the room for storage of cleaning supplies!

All the other brands we looked at had top mounted controls on the dryer units which were almost impossible for my wife to read and reach. An added bonus is the the unit is super quiet and efficient.

The controls are easy to reach - unlike my last stackable which were very high for a vertically challenged person. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I'm enjoying the LG ThinQ app which notifies me when a load is finished. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another wash tower. Thank you, LG for coming up with this concept!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally i would not have thought that I like them stacked - But we redid our laundry room just for that particular tower and so I also can have the steamer ;) I love LG my last washer dryer was over 11 years young and still working. The only thing I have to say…the APP needs work. I Simply do NOT like the APP its not easy and it is not what I was hoped for. I thought maybe I can preprogram cycles - no. Just to turn it on remotely and get a Ding on my phone to tell me washer and or dryer are finished…i do not need that really. IMO the APP is useless but that don’t mean the Washer / Dryer is not getting 5 stars because the machines are fabulous! Simple as that. I also hoped the music would have changed or be changeable since its the same tune for a decade now.

I bought my wash tower about two months ago and I am so happy that I did! The sleek design does not sacrifice capacity. We selected it for the space saving capability and I am thrilled that it is not only a large capacity unit but it is quiet and has a very quick run time. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made on an appliance!
