[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit a little less than a month ago. One of the features that I love is the diagnostic feature. The first time I used the unit it warned me that my drier vent/hose was plugged. When I checked this I found that the hose was nearly fully compacted with dryer lint. I was able to replace the hose and vacuum out the remainder. Very useful feature. I also like the space savings that the stackable unit afforded me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the controls are in the middle and they are so easy to use. The washer and dryer actually communicate with each other allowing ease of transfer for loads. Set up the washer, abs after the cycle simply throw the clothes in the dryer and press start. The dryer is automatically set up based on what cycle was used on the washer. Not to mention the fact that finally we have a stackable washer dryer where you don’t need to be too tall to reach the top controls. It also knocks a solid 5-6 inches off the total height, allowing it to fit in our small laundry area, without having to sacrifice on washer/dryer size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer arrived not functioning. Repair guy already replaced the valves which fixed that issue, but now he said the control board needs to be replaced. Pretty unacceptable for a brand new machine. Looks nice otherwise.

Just got this about a month ago, so I’m sure I’ll need to do an update. But right now, we are really liking our LG washer/dryer combo. Easy to use and have had very good results with the washing and drying. Love the slim design. So far this is working out for us very well. Delivery was Very quick and set up was a breeze!

I bought the LG Washtower with Turbo Wash and Steam Dryer about a month ago. I previously had a LG front load (side by side) washer and dryer which I loved. This Washtower model even better. It’s quiet, quick, uses less water, and has AI technology and fabric sensors that take care of your clothing. I have limited space and replace an 15 year old apartment size stack unit. The tub was so small that only one sheet would fit per load. The washer had no water level setting and the dryer ran forever. The new Washtower is an amazing appliance. I would recommend to any size family from 1 to ???. My previous LG side by side model was much louder in the spin cycle and seemed to run for a long time. The Washtower makes laundry quick and easy. I’m very satisfied with the value and quality of the LG Washtower. It was money well spent.
