I love my new LG Laundry Tower. It’s beautiful and does a great job in cleaning and drying our clothes. It is very quiet and when the cycle is done it plays a cute little tune to let you know it’s finished. My only problem is that the washer drum is large and I often find it difficult to reach some items after spinning as they are plastered against the back. I was able to solve this issue by utilizing my Grabber Tool that I use for things on high shelves to reach those items as well. Works perfectly.

I had found the Washtower very attractive. The integrated controls are very helpful. Our laundry area is in our kitchen, so we’re really appreciate the space we gained. We’ve replaced an LG washer, about 8 years old , that was still quite functional. But our dryer wasn’t LG & wasn’t in the best shape. I’d looked at stackable’s, but wasn’t drawn to them. I definitely wanted the LG Washtower. Looks great & it’s easy to use. No regrets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaces a top loader and although it does take some adjustment to go from a top loader to a front loader, it is such a better use of space to have them both in one unit. My laundry area is small and a whole new storage area has opened up. The washer cleans great and is as simple to use as hitting play. I have not downloaded all the “extra” features to my phone and don’t really care about those. The dryer works great and actually dries with heat as opposed to the air dry that so many have. Very pleased with both components and love the location of the controls. I’m 5’2” and I don’t have to stretch to reach anything. In addition to the basic components, you will need to separately buy the power cord for the dryer, and a steam dryer unit to be able to hook the steam dryer up.

Clothes are definitely cleaner with less wear and tear on fabric . Highly recommend this unit and looks great too.

My children still use the main unit on the first level but I LOVE having my own laundry. I’m short and adore the controls being right in front of me. I still have a lot to learn about laundry programming - and use the basic wash and dry. So far so good. My clothes come out clean and I love that it is a full size washer and dryer although the size of the entire unit is very compact. Hookup was a breeze.

Pros: - Best laundry output, if you use the right cleaning agents, it delivers fantastic output - Space saver, height is optimal for average height humans - Very Quiet for a washing machine - Multiple laundry options that can be selected from LG thinq mobile app - Energy efficient, and laundry cycle insights are useful if you are environment conscious Cons: - ThinQ app has so much room to improve. V. difficult to setup, remote and wifi setup especially is flaky. But the feature is cool. Wish remote start is always enabled after initial setup - It would be great to modify predefined wash cycles to change attributes like soil or steam addition. Ex. there is a denim only wash cycle, but you cannot modify the soil as it can be medium Overall I recommend this to anyone who wants an outstanding washing tower with so many other perks

After consisting our options we bought the L G Wash Tower in black. Installed in a bedroom closet. It fits perfect. Since using for about month my wife said its the best washer and dryer I ever bought her. She loves it ! Happy Wife Happy LIfe !
